COOPERATIVE BREEDING CAVE REQUESTS
This thread is to help those who need a dragon or twin from the Cooperative Breeding Cave
If you’re new to DragonVale or the DragonVale Community Forum, here are some common terms you may see in this thread.
Blue Heart - tapping on the heart in the upper left corner of the dragon’s profile card will turn it blue 💙 that dragon will now be available for your friends to breed with in the Cooperative. (Warning: if you Retry a breed or breed with a different dragon than the one that’s blue hearted, you will need to blue heart the dragon again. Otherwise, the last dragon you bred with in the Cooperative will be available to your friends.)
Clone - using the target dragon in the breeding pair
Co-op - Cooperative Breeding Cave
Double-parent clone - both parent dragons are the target dragon
OP - original post/poster
Single-parent clone - one parent is the target dragon
Target dragon - the dragon the player is trying to breed
TW - Twin Weekend
On this thread you can make four different types of co-op requests
1. DRAGON NEEDED: Players that need to clone a dragon can post a request asking members to put it in the co-op.
2. TWIN NEEDED: Players that need a twin can post a request asking members to put it in the co-op.
3. DRAGON AVAILABLE: Post what dragon you currently have in the co-op so members can breed/clone with it.
4. DV HELPER: Those who are willing to help others breed or twin any dragon can post this open request. The respondent chooses the dragon. The DV Helper may have some restrictions, like excluding Lullaby (if they don’t own Lullaby), or if they’re helping with twins they may specify double parent cloning, etc. Basically, the DV Helper will help the respondent breed or twin any dragon they request.
Make a Request
At the top of your post, add the type of request: DRAGON NEEDED, TWIN NEEDED, DRAGON AVAILABLE, DV HELPER, then provide the information and include your Friend ID. All four types of requests will be linked at the bottom of this post. So if you need a dragon or want to help a member, you can quickly review this post, see what’s been requested, and click the link.
Sample request
DRAGON NEEDED
Seeking the Valeodon dragon in the co-op
Friend ID: DragonVale#7890
Thanks!

More ways to help your fellow Valers!
If you have an extra account or an open co-op, and see a poster you’d like to help, please reply to the post and let them know you’ll breed the target dragon with their co-op dragon. Be sure to friend them in your game and provide your Friend ID so they can add back.
For example, if Sid responded to the above request and agreed to put Valeodon in the co-op for DragonVale#7890…

Thanks!

… Sally could also respond to DragonVale#7890 and offer to breed her Valeodon with whatever dragon DragonVale#7890 has in the co-op.

Other Important Information
• If a player replies to someone’s offer to help them or asks them for help, please do not hijack the request by responding to it. However, if the request has gone unanswered for more than 12 hours, then it has become an open request and anyone can respond.
• To keep this thread up to date, all expired requests will be removed from this thread. For more information about when posts will be taken down, please see the below post.
• If you have any questions, free to ask them on this thread. Thanks everybody, and koala with those co-op dragons!
DRAGONS PERMANENTLY AVAILABLE
Due to their helpfulness and popularity, the following dragons will be permanently available at the Cooperative Breeding Cave. If you need these dragons or would like to have them consistently accessible at the co-op, please add the parks and create a request post on this thread. The parks will add you back. Similar to Reddit, Discord, Facebook, and all other social media sites, players will need to create an account to post on the Forum. Just tap the 'Register' at the top right of the page, under the banner image. It only takes a minute. For more detailed information, please see the Forum Help board. Welcome aboard!
Here are the Friend IDs and why you might be interested in adding these accounts.
• TIEN#5745 (level 20) - top DC farming dragon
• NACRE#3462 (level 20) - top DC farming dragon
• IDEN#3585 (level 20) - former top DC farming dragon
• OCULAR#9966 (level 20) - former top DC farming dragon
• YARR#2438 (level 20) - top Treasure earner and ideal for players trying to level up Ts’aishen or earn more Abundant Essence since Treasure habitats provide 20 AE, while regular habitats offer 10 AE.
• PLANT#8761 (level 21 Elder) - Plant farm for EC. And if you collect twins, there is a pity counter. Twins have a 15% base and a -14% modifier for the first 4 breeds. This means after you receive a twin, the next 4 breeds in the co-op have a 1% chance of being a twin. Breeds 5-15 are 15%, and 16+ are 25%. Once you breed a twin, it resets back to 1%. So after receiving a twin, breed Plant + Plant in the co-op four times in a row to eliminate the measly 1% chance. Add the PLANT#8761 park so you always have a Plant dragon to breed with yours.
• RAINBOW#9358 (level 20) - To ensure you receive the maximum amount of EC from the challenges on the event island, your dragon and your friend’s dragon need to be at level 20 (or an elder), and the four elements requested in the challenge must be covered. An epic dragon’s hidden primary elements do count. Since the Rainbow dragon has all 10 elements, friend the RAINBOW#9358 park with a permanent level 20 Rainbow dragon in the co-op, and you can pair it with any of your level 20 or elder dragons. (Note: There is no guarantee you’ll win the maximum amount of EC every single time. A very small chance of second place exists, but it is minimised as much as possible with two level 20 dragons and the required elements covered.)
