So far so good. I managed to get both Elkar and Aisa. And after all this time I finally got Everfrost today. I was starting to think that I'd have to purchase Everfrost because she was being shy. Turns out she was just fashionably late to the solstice party. 🐨🎄❤️💚❤️

The RUNIC CAVES are on fire this event! I already have so many great dragons with rift traits to select; it will be hard to choose just 10. I even have the 3 new event dragons with traits to choose, as well as the only 2 Zodiacs I didn’t previously have in Rift. Everfrost and Igluit with traits are gorgeous!

I have always wondered why Christmas is the only day of the year for triple days. I have wanted to have more triple days (preferably once per event) as it would be more consistent.
For example, Valentine's Day (February 14), Easter, Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving (last Thursday of November), Labor Day (first Monday of September), and Halloween (Oct. 31) would all be good days for triple days.
The reason I put the dates is because most of these holidays are only observed in the US.
The Original One is in all things. The Original One is nowhere at all. From all creations, over all creations, does Arceus watch over all.
I don't know why it has been so difficult to breed this event's dragons; so far,
I was forced to buy Asia from the market within an hour of it expiring. During the week, I was running three separate breeding caves (one runic, the epic breeding island, and co-op) and still had no luck.
I haven't bred Zero yet, as my permafrost and snowpocalypse dragons keep having 2 day (or longer) breeding fails. The amount of triple rainbows I have had is absurd.
Right now I am trying to breed Elkar in every single one of my parks (four in total) using the standard breeding combo. In my main park, I have been trying for it in the Rift, in which I have been breeding every day up to the 10k etherium cost, as well as the co-op, which hasn't had success yet.
Though I do know they can be bred, I am starting to wonder if these dragons exist in my park.

I got a Snowflake 7 on the RBC! I’m 100% going to claim a twin and traited twin, so happy!
Congratulations NinjaKiwi.. 🎉 Did it take many attempts? I've been using a few rift breeds every day trying for a Snowflake 7, perhaps I'd have more luck in the Runic Caves.
If you have any spare wishes, you could use a wish for a twin Snowflake 7 and then claim a twin traited version from the Runic Caves. You will then have a claim for another dragon in the Runic Caves. 😊
Snowflake 7 is permanent so hasn't been removed from the Wish market. 😉

It would be great to have some more triple days. Perhaps not every event, but another one or two on other significant holidays during the year. 😊

That sounds like some extremely bad luck in your park. Have you been putting out apples, eucalyptus wine or anything else to entice the koalas to your park? 🤣

I'm confused about the runic caves. I've been breeding for a couple of missing rift dragons, but when I look at my egg history there are many more eggs for missing dragons than I could possibly have bred during the current event. Do dragons from past events carry over in the egg history? Or is it a glitch that so many dragons that I didn't even try for are sitting to be collected from the runic caves (if I had enough money to buy sufficient runes!) Cecilia at the Duckpond

If you turn 'Uncollected Shown' mode off (it's a button in the bottom left-hand corner) then you won't see those dragons, and will only be able to see the ones you can claim.
If they're not greyed-out and you're certain that you definitely haven't bred them during this event, then yes, that sounds like a glitch. If they're not greyed-out but you're not certain whether or not you've managed to breed them during this event, it might just be that you forgot you bred them.

Just to check you're definitely viewing Egg History in the Runic Caves? If you're viewing it anywhere else, it will show the Egg History of your main park caves rather than this event's RBCs.
If you are using the RBC Egg History page then it definitely sounds like it's a bug. Perhaps contact support? (Or see if there's a dragon you want and see if you can claim it 😉)

@ceclilia, as @metaphoricalrobin has said, I think you are looking at the Egg History in one of your vale breeding caves. You need to click on a Runic Cave and Egg History there. This should show the dragons that you have breed in the Runic Caves (it will also show how many claims you have left). If it is showing many more dragons than you have bred, it is a glitch, dragons do not carry over from one event to another.
There are instruction in the Help Desk on how to post images if you would like to try.

It took a few tries for sure! I got 4 S1 and 2 S2, along with a handful of other hybrids. There's three and a half days left on the Runic cave, and I didn't switch to trying for S7 off the bat. To be honest, now I think about it the odds were really in my favour because it didn't take all that long at all, compared with all my other tries in the Rift!
