I have been misreading the pledge from day 1. I did not interpret “while the first” meant the first target dragon of the current event. My bad. I will repay treats &\or gems paid during this event. Thanks for the clarification.
I know that I don't play Last Call - I don't have any spare gems sorry. But I interpret this to mean 'while the target dragon is breeding and you breed another one - this is a ninja'
I think the use of the word 'first' and 'second' is just to indicate that there is one already breeding when the next breed is started. This would be my interpretation. (Isn't English a great language? )
It may need Fletch_smf to clarify. Perhaps the wording could be changed to '2 gems to a person who breeds another while there is still one in a breeding cave?'
I agree with you. For me (and I think usually it’s like this), the 3 &4 dragons of lisgie are ninjas. It’s like the twins.. if you have two twins, or three twins (in a dream 🤪) during a last call, you win 2 or 3 times. I always thought that ninjas were for all the duration of a last call Fletch_smf we need you 😁😁
I believe NinjaKiwi. was the creator of the ninja pledge and it is named after them. They have clarified the pledge for us.

You don't need to apologise lisgie - you wanted clarification and it was a fair question, as some players have been interpreting it differently to the original intent.

I was unaware NinjaKiwi. had created the ninja pledge (seems obvious now 😊) as most members who created the pledges are no longer playing. Thank you for clarifying your original pledge NinjaKiwi.. 😊
Perhaps there could be two Ninja pledges - the original and a pledge to pay all Ninjas during Last Call? It's only a suggestion, but perhaps the wording could be changed to clarify that it is only for one Ninja during the Last Call? Probably a decision for Fletch_smf.

I was thinking similar given the confusion - perhaps a Ninja (first and second) and a recurring Ninja (any two) ?

As has been said, NinjaKiwi. created the pledge, and they have clarified their meaning. And just as important, if people want to pay out beyond that, then they are welcome to. The important thing here is that we are having a bit of fun, while supporting each other, in our common quest of obtaining the new dragons.

Speaking of, I think I might have to buy Kotun 😭 I'd wait until just before the end of the time if I could, but I might not be able to play just before the reset tomorrow. I'll probably buy it about 12 hours from now if I don't get it beforehand, which I don't think I will because I just got a 13 hour breed so I'll use some gems tomorrow and have one final shot at it.

There's a reason why sympathy is on my list. It stinks to have to buy a limited dragon, especially with kotun's huge jump in price.
