No spring is complete without the ubiquitous symbol of the season — the cherry tree in full bloom. Make your days the springiest with a cherry tree in constant bloom on your profile! Simply rate the new Thawsome Spring dragons before the event concludes on May 3rd, and the Cherry Blossom Tree will shade your profile in perfect pink all year long.
If you prefer Clover, last year’s Clover award is also available. The Clover Dragon turned 11 years old this month. He is the greenest and luckiest dragon (besides the actual Luck dragon). When you’re done rating the Thawsome dragons, message me, and this classic dragon will be added to your profile instead.
AWARD RULES
1. You must be a Forum member to receive an award because guest profiles are not retained.
2. Awards will display on your Profile page and mini profile. To see the awards, you’ll need to view the Forum in its desktop version since the mobile version does not support many features, including the full mini profile.
3. Awards will be permanent, but if you do not want them or would like them removed, just let me know.
4. If you prefer to not post publicly, you can message me your dragon ratings before the event concludes, and you will still receive the award.

Please rate the Cherrie dragon on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 = worst, 5 = best). If a rating below 1 or above 5 is given, or if more than one number is provided, the rating will not count.

1. Animation 5 While I agree dragons with large props can get in the way, I do like them. I love how the tree moves as if there’s a breeze.
2. Rift trait 5 I especially love that the tree gets traited. Cold trait makes it look like it’s snowing 🌸❄️🌸❄️🌸
3. Size (if you don’t own Cherrie, please check a friend’s park) 3 Compared to recent dragons, it’s an okay size. Compared to others, it’s very big, especially with its prop.
4. Price (14,400 Eggs) 1 Alongside the release of Solary this was not an okay price. Again, given its relatively nice combo, this would be higher. 5 since it’s so cheap for a final release. But I know full well it was only cheap because of that sixth limited. If Solary wasn’t added, this would be at least 16k, which wouldn’t be fair.
5. How well does Cherrie fit the theme of the event 5 Although you have to read the description to see it clearly, it is definitely related to this specific event.
6. Design details 2 The baby’s head is waaaaay too big for its body and I’m not a fan of the overall design of the adult. It reminds me strangely of a seahorse and I’m not sure why that would be used in the design. I do like pink but there’s an awful lot of it. Even now it can be placed in a Harmonious habitat, that pink will still really stand out, unlike Solary in a Light habitat. Literally the only non-pink bit about this dragon is the tree trunk. Some green would have been nice — maybe on the wings. It’s not that I dislike the design completely, but the colour scheme, the baby and the head of the adult could have been better.
7. How would you rate Cherrie’s breeding combo (Sakura + Sumi) 4 Sakura makes sense and while Sumi doesn’t massively it’s a relatively nice dragon to use. Only four elements, both of these dragons are easy to meet the combos for both in the main park and the Rift (besides all the traited Daylilies you get while trying for Sumi... ), and while they can both be cloned, there isn’t a high chance to clone either of them. It’s no elemental combo, but this is about as nice as combos that require two specific dragons get.
8. How much do you like Cherrie (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 4 I’m not the #1 fan of the design (besides the trait) but the concept and combo I like.
Comments: Cool concept, though Sakura does Cherry Blossom Dragon better in my opinion. Please don’t listen to all the people who constantly complain about you putting puns in dragon names. They’re just looking for something to complain about and can’t think of anything actually constructive or meaningful to say. Fair enough, some names seem to make little to no sense. PonkiPong even has a random capital letter in the middle of it that I’ve never understood the reason for... But you’re allowed to have fun with dragon names, and there’s definitely nothing wrong with it when the names make sense. If the name of the dragon ruins someone’s enjoyment of the game they’re being overly picky.

3. Size (if you don’t own Cherrie, please check a friend’s park) - 2/5
4. Price (14,400 Eggs) - 3/5
5. How well does Cherrie fit the theme of the event - 5/5
6. Design details - 4/5
7. How would you rate Cherrie’s breeding combo (SAKURA + SUMI) - 4/5
8. How much do you like Cherrie (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) - 4/5
Comments / feedback for Deca - Do wish it was a little bigger but the prop in this one is perfect with the way it seemingly grows from the ground and it perches on it.
Size: 5/5 Not factoring in the tree, it's about perfect.
Price: 4/5 It's not all that bad.
Theme: 5/5 No explanation needed.
Design: 4/5 Overall, the design is really good. The largest downside is how the tree prop always being there could cause interference with seeing other dragons.
Combo: 4/5 I like how it is an easy combo, but I don't really get Sumi at all. SAKURA + MAGNOLIA would have fit better.
Preference: 4/5 Good job!

1. 5/5 Perfectly animated. 2. 5/5 Brilliant placement & all the traits look fabulous (even metal & I never like metal). 3. 5/5 Not huge, hallelujah! Yes it comes with baggage but what lovely baggage. 4. 4/5 Bit expensive but not too awful. 5. 5/5 Spring has sprung. 6. 5/5 Such a lovely design. Perfectly proportioned & gorgeous colour. 7. 5/5 Sumi & Sakura were always going to have beautiful offspring & they did. 8. 5/5 Love it. My favourite dragon in a long time.
2. Rift trait: 5/5 and very impressive. I love the addition of thy e trait in the tree. Outstanding!
3. Size (if you don’t own Cherrie, please check a friend’s park) 5/5
4. Price (14,400 Eggs) 4/5
5. How well does Cherrie fit the theme of the event 5/5
6. Design details 4/5 I like adult Cherrie, but baby Cherrie looks a little wacky with her enormous head. I enjoy the overall dragon-ness of the adult dragon. I like a dragon that looks like what you think of when you think of a dragon, so I appreciate that. I think a little complementary coloring on her would have been amazing, probably in the eyes or wings. A bit too monochromatic, with a slightly clashing orange. Not off putting, just not perfectly pleasing.
7. How would you rate Cherrie’s breeding combo (SAKURA + SUMI): 4/5
8. How much do you like Cherrie (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 4/5
