ok, scratch that. Now I am collecting from habitats but not at double the amount.
When I was looking at past posts of events it looks like there was an issue during a past donation boards event where DECA did something to decrease EC output elsewhere... But I remember reading DECA posted an update about that so hopefully they wouldn't do it again?

I thought the decrease was that I have only been able to watch two videos for EC, not three.

Thanks for jumping on this so fast when you woke up. (This is a serious thanks and not sarcastic. I was watching the people logged into the forum and wondering how we could wake you up because you weren’t on).

I don't know, I wasn't playing at the time and read the post a while ago.
So apparently the wizards of the vale wandered into the forest and got lost. In the deep, dark, secluded corners of the woods, they have no idea that another day has passed. Therefore, doubles day will not begin until someone has cleared the trees and rescued the wayward wizards.
Since most were unaware of the option to clear the forest, and even the wizards themselves are confused as to why it sprouted there in the first place (perhaps a bunch of Forest and Sprout dragons fell into a cauldron of Growth Elixir and became the enchanted forest), a team of rescue koalas will be dispatched immediately.
Keep in mind these are volunteer koalas from various parks throughout the vale. If you find that you are missing some koalas and your breeding/cloning has been negatively impacted by the rescue efforts, please contact Jackpot and Luck, as they may be willing to provide substitute koalas for rent at the low price of only 550 EC per day until the forest has been cleared.
We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Doubles has started... But it isn't earning doubles for completion of Dragon Donation. I left a board waiting to complete just for doubles. I really hope that this is a bug

No, they haven’t been added to the subcategories yet. Quil noticed this on Thursday, and I reported it to Deca. Hopefully, Deca will fix this next week. In addition, Calli reported the new decorations are also not in their Dragonarium section.

I was awake hours before reset. But I was not aware of the missing double day, until I received a Discord notification from the FB rep, when she reported it about 25 minutes after reset. Sometimes it takes a bit for me to get on the Forum when I’m on the Game Rep server discussing a bug with Deca and the reps. But I’m always awake long before reset, so there’s never any worries about waking me up.

While updating the family tree I realised Scarab and Jackpot are siblings. It's rare you see dragons with at least one specific parent - especially if they have two specific parents - that are siblings instead of half-siblings. I know there's at least one other but I can't remember which it is off the top of my head 🤣
