Whew! There were a whole load of dragons added to this event - I think ten in total - so the event post took me three hours 😂😅

Same here on both accounts. I have been waiting for the Relic and Monument of the Epics to show up in events since probably Christmas. Super stoked. I think those will be the first things I go after.
Also, I am super sad about there not being any extra ways to earn EC beyond collecting treats. Even another donation board would be very welcome!
Is it me, or is the Oasian Dragon really similar to the dragon I created for the Community Contest?
I created a dragon with a long neck that can hold water on its back, and grow foliage by the water. It kinda looked like a brontosaurus, which the dragon also kinda looks like (as well as a turtle).
Can you link me to the one you designed? I can't find it.

FINALLY!❤️! I’ve been asking for a path that looks like water from Deca since they took over and from Backflip before that. I’m so happy to see it and excited to start decorating with it. WooHOO!
This is looking like such a great event! There’s so much new content. Deca is off to a great start with this one (apart from the crashes).
I’m especially in love with the new water path! I can’t wait to buy it and give it a go. Seems there was a small group of us pushing for a water path. I’m just so happy they finally made it!
But can we talk about the other exciting thing? Glimmerwing in the Market?! I’m crossing everything in the hopes that she makes it to the Last Day Rewards.

I will admit that Glimmerwing in the market is very exciting. Especially considering that Glimmerwing was the most difficult (and last) Galaxy Dragon to obtain - it was even harder than Rigel!
Now since I have a twin, I hope it is in the last day rewards so I can get a traited one.
Also, I am surprised you didn't bring up the Nubis Dragon, as I am sure that makes you happy. I hope to have one of my designs added someday... although the Lullaby and Oasian Dragons are really close to some of my previous ideas.

I was, of course, eager to see what they did with Jackal. The enormous honour hasn’t been lost on me. Nubis’ description is kinda dead on though- staying humble. There were plenty of incredible designs and none of us knows what Deca is looking for.
Lullaby certainly did share characteristics with Snyore. I imagine it’s hard for Deca to keep their own original dragons totally different from entries, especially if they’ve already been working on the event dragons before the contest. The community as a whole comes up with so many brilliant ideas… imagine choosing 2 and then avoiding similarities with all the rest. That’s an impossible task. All any of us can do is have fun creating and enjoy seeing what others come up with. What Deca does is out of our control.
Given all that, I’m looking forward to seeing what limiteds Deca came up with! I may have to get myself a pyramid or two and finally redesign my sun/light island into two.
This event looks like a lot of fun. The Desert theme is a nice change from Paradise, and has given us some great looking dragons and decorations already. So many decorations as well as a new path.
Huge congratulations to hawk for having Jackal included in the game. It is a stunning design and is made for the Egyptian theme.

Given the pattern from at least the last three events, I'd suggest not getting your hopes up too much. It looks like, if dragons haven't been in that type of event before, they don't show up in the gift (even if they're not technically new releases).
That said, while the pattern would suggest that, DECA can obviously choose to change it. It would be very cool if Glimmerwing was in the gift (especially since it's got a great design!).

I am now unable to log into my game. Can’t get game to pen at all.
If you cannot open DV, please contact support. The crashing issue from yesterday was resolved, so this looks to be a different problem that’s affecting your park.
