I believe I found the event for Capricornian. It's called Headstrong and lists The Zodiac and earth elements. I would have took a screenshot, but I mistakenly chose Taurian without even thinking.
Taurian's quest is "The Bulls", so I do believe you had found Capricornian's quest.
The Original One is in all things. The Original One is nowhere at all. From all creations, over all creations, does Arceus watch over all.

I don’t know if anyone has posted about the weirdness time skip token implementation has on the Fountain of Youth - it no longer has a completed icon, the timer just disappears and you select it then “speed up” to finish. I left my Dapplethorn in there for like a day because I didn’t realise it was done!
Oh, that’s very odd. Initially, the tokens could be used at the Fountain of Youth and other various timers. But I thought it was changed to only breeding and incubation. It sounds like remnants have been left behind. I’ll add this to the list of Time Skip Token bugs. Thank you very much!

I had the option to use Time Skip Tokens to shorten the time when I went to clear some Huge Trees today, so I can confirm that there are still other timers they can be used for.

I tested the Time Skip feature in my park, and it appears the tokens can still be used for the other timers; it was never changed. Well, it was changed a little, two timers were removed. It’s strange that Deca didn't mention that the tokens can reduce many different timers in the Time Skip Token description, official announcements, or FAQ. This is important information. And it could’ve taken some of the negative focus off the token's minimal effects on breeding/incubating. Although, realistically, it wouldn’t have helped that much.

PSA: Timers that can be reduced using the Time Skip Tokens
Unfortunately, the Time Skip Token description is not complete. Tokens can be applied to more than just breeding and incubation.
List of timers the tokens can reduce
• Breeding: all breeding locations in the Vale • Incubating: eggs in Gaia’s nest • Building: habitats, buildings (Colosseum, Dragon Track, etc) • Upgrading: habitats, Gemstone Island, etc • Clearing: island obstacles • Buying: summoning islands • Fountain of Youth
I purchased a Box of Time Skip Tokens and tested the building, Fountain of Youth, and island summoning timers. They all sped up the time by 30 minutes. So, this isn’t a bug. The Time Skip feature is active on these timers.

Yes, I have too. Especially when speeding up a breed by watching an ad. The game crashes, it attempts to reload itself, but gets stuck on the loading screen. I have to force quit the app and restart. Then it works. And, the speed up has usually taken place. I've updated DV but not IOS.

I have been getting the game crashes too. I am on the latest iOS on phone and iPad. I get the message “We’re sorry! It seems like a wizard’s spell went wonky in your park. Please reload while we try to handle this. We have been notified about the problem.
Because of this message I have not reported this to Deca.

DECA is giving everyone 3. I can't remember if they posted about that on here, but they did on Reddit. (Edit: they did post it here, it's in VibeLily's most recent post on the DECA Announcements thread)

It has 'only' taken five days, but I finally bred an Ariesian with a trait today. It has a cold trait which looks a bit out of place, but I'll take it! 😉

I am still trying, although this may just be the third day. The first 2 days was for breeding a traited Cansian which I got. 😀
