Halloween is not complete without a portal to transport you to strange upside-down places and dark mysterious corners of the imagination. Since we have completed two full years of Rate a Dragon, there are now two previous Halloween awards to offer. Instead of The Portal, you can choose the Bone Dragon from last year’s Whitbee’s Candy Bash IX: XI Hsab Ydnac S’eebtihw or Redeye the Raven from Whitbee’s Candy Bash XIII: Into the Night. So many options! After you’re done rating the Into the Screamhouse dragons, message me, and the Bone Dragon or Redeye the Raven will be added to your profile instead.
AWARD RULES
1. You must be a Forum member to receive an award because guest profiles are not retained.
2. Awards will display on your Profile page and mini profile. To see the awards, you’ll need to view the Forum in its desktop version since the mobile version does not support many features, including the full mini profile.
3. Awards will be permanent, but if you do not want them or would like them removed, just let me know.
4. If you prefer to not post publicly, you can message me your dragon ratings before the event concludes, and you will still receive the award.
5. Please be aware that awards will be added to your profile up to 12 days after the event concludes, depending on how busy the next event becomes, bug reports, schedules, and real life. Thank you for your patience.

1. 5 I absolutely adore the animation; it’s very creative. Just when you think you’ve seen all of it, there’s more! 2. 4 Slightly too big but to be expected. 3. 1 I would have rated 2 for the good cloning odds but with the first limited being basically 16k (about 4k more than I’d say is reasonable) and the huge, utterly unnecessary jump to over 17k for the second limited there’s no way the prices this event are going to be fair. The extremely high prices have got to stop, DECA. 4. 4 Theme-wise it probably wouldn’t have been very obvious if the event island didn’t incorporate the green gloop, though to be fair this event was the one most related to the concept for the dragon, so it couldn’t really have been released any other time. 5. 4 I prefer the baby to the adult but do like the adult design too. My liking for the design mostly comes from the animation; if it weren’t for the animations I’d probably have rated lower. 6. 3 Combo-wise Ooze is obviously brilliant but if Dortal didn’t have 10% cloning odds I’d be rating 1. Eww requires Dortal which requires Iden which requires Charlatan which requires Spirit which requires Ghost and Spectre which require elements and are limited, and that’s only taking the longest line of “ancestry” and not including a whole bunch of other required dragons. DECA needs to avoid going past around the 4th/5th stage of “family tree” with breeding combos, especially when limited dragons and/or dragons with low odds are in the tree, because a player is less likely to have them by the time they’re required. This point applies to limiteds rather than unbreedables but it makes sense to put it with Eww: Apart from the final new release in every event, players only have a week to breed a dragon with its combo when it’s first released, so DECA need to be mindful of players who won’t already have most of the required “ancestors” for the combo. Please don’t ever use Eww in a breeding combo unless you change its Dortal parent to something with a shorter tree. (With that said, at least there aren’t too many long fail times.) 7. 5 That animation is awesome. Probably my favourite animation of any dragon. Comments: Overall, combo and price aren’t brilliant but that animation makes up for everything. Eww is precious and must be protected at all costs! And its egg is just adorable.
Animation: 5/5 Hands down, DECA did phenomenal on Eww's animation. It is one of, if not the best, dragon animation in the game.
Size: 5/5 Right on par with my standards. Which is rare considering that I tend to incorporate serious judgement to a dragon's size.
Price: 1/5 The prices this event are just absurd. It would take about 2 whole weeks of regular play just to rack up the EC needed to buy this dragon.
Theme: 5/5 Eww is a manifestation of an experiment gone awry. Yet at the same time, always remember: some of the greatest discoveries were created by accident.
Design: 5/5 A gooey, ewwey, slimy dragon in which most would love to give a hug. Greatly reminds me of Blobby from Hotel Transylvania.
Combo: 1/5 OOZE is most certainly a fitting parent. DORTAL, however, is not only unfitting, but also unnecessary. Dortal is an extremely difficult dragon to breed, requiring an Iden Dragon - which in turn requires a Charlatan Dragon. All players will find this dragon difficult to breed, especially for those who don't yet have an Iden Dragon.
Preference: 4/5 Although there are certainly better dragons, Eww has a personality that is sure to grow on anybody.

Comments / feedback for Deca : There is so much that I love about this dragon. His animations are outstanding, so creative. I could watch him for hours. I especially love how he ‘melts’ and leaves only his eyes. And his breath is green bubbles! What an absolutely perfect size. Eww fits so nicely into the habitats. I wish more dragons were this size and not the monstrosities that some of the recent dragons have been which are too big for their habitats. Love, love, love the design, Eww is so cute. What a genius idea for the pedestal to have Eww in its egg. But, I do not love the price or the breeding combo. Way too expensive. Dortal looks like a good parent, but Dortal has a very complicated parentage with several difficult to breed dragons. And Dortal was only released in last year’s event as an unbreedable dragon. It has only been available to breed in February’s Dragons week. Why is Eww’s baby form larger than both the juvenile and adult in the Dragonarium?
