So I think there’s some sort of glitch on the game at the moment. I had it last event and it’s started on this one where I go to load my game ( I play on iPhone) and the event island doesn’t load. I’ve checked and I’ve got the latest update. And I’ve played DragonVale since it first launched. And now I went to renewed my waterwalker, only to see my friend has a dragon I can’t find listed - it looks like a limited dragon only i have no option for it?! It’s called a pollenizer - I tried including a pic but can’t seem to Is anyone else having this problem?
Yep so looks like I’m one of those effected from looking back over topic thread as I’ve only got 2 tiers in the event as well. It’s a real shame this as we’re obvs gonna be missing out on the event dragons. I’m just lucky I already have everything else from years of playing. But does anyone have the breeding combo for the limited Pollenizer? At least then I can try and fix it till Deca sort this out 🤦🏼♀️
Sorry not trying to spam the page- this is just so frustrating as I’ve always been a daily player and this is the first time I’m missing out on limited dragons etc and it’s started with the Halloween event with the missing event island and now going in here with missing tiers. anyway- just wanted to post my friend ID as I’ve tried emailing Deca but no response : Vamp #7608

The disappearing event glitch is back. Glad it’s not happening in my main game.
Can you give me the Friend ID for the park that is affected? Deca has asked for the IDs. They’re working on the bug right now. Thank you!
I am affected as well, Brafferty#2567.
none of the other parks on the same devise are affected, however it was mentioned a few posts back about some games having a limited 3rd tier with a Limited dragon. None of my parks have this option.

They may have got the new one via a wish. Once my game was messed up all the new dragons/pedestals including not released yet are in the wishing well. I can get twins of the ones I already have.

With the help of Aperture and Harvest, he summoned the Loch Ness Monster of the Sea of Zector. LIVELOCH arose from the dusty mulch and with him flowed a sea of water — the elixir for life.
Things are going swimmingly for Liveloch in the co-op. Koala quenching to all!

Status: Limited tier, 7 days
Habitat/Elements: plant, cold, water, light
Breeding percentages: breeding hint 3.75%; co-op clone 10% (Deca changed cloning from 1% to 10%! 🎉)
If you’re cloning in the co-op, Liveloch + Aperture has breeding + cloning percentages for total of 13.75%!
Rift breeding tips
To get the most Magic out of the Rift breeding fails, try one of the following combos (I’ve included limited dragons from this event and a permanent dragon)

Many players were affected and so far it appears the event was restored today at reset. We will see if it crops up again, like it did before.

Since the cloning odds are low, I'm going to try breeding it while trying to clone Waterwalker in co-op. Fingers crossed. Let's hope the koalas are with me on this one. 🐨🍀

Sorry not sure how to reply to a message on here but thanks for sorting my comments. I’m not sure if it’s been fixed on mine or not- I’ve got the listing for the livelock dragon but still only 2 tiers available in event screen? Can someone tell me if that’s right please? I’m just used to there being 4.

It was really chaotic when I responded to you earlier with the new limited release, the Forum not loading, and the usual DV flurry. Apologies for the lacking response.
Yes, that’s correct. There are only two tiers in the event market. On the first page of this thread, all the event info is listed, including the contents of the event market. This is a very short event. Typically, they are longer, and there’s more content.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, to reply to a post, there are instructions in the Help Desk. From the Home page, you’ll see a category called WELCOME TO DRAGONVALE 🐉 DV HELP DESK > Forum Help > Forum 101: Posting.

A couple for the Suggestion Box after Deca finishes treating the current bug epidemic:
Deca belatedly released the Autumn Pavilion and the Ancient Tree to the Event Market. These decos are welcome additions. On the Event Island there are also two decos that look like jumbo sized Purple Puff Plants but with a golden color. Could this plant be added to the Event Market as well?
Even better would be a few Seasonal decos that change their appearance with the seasons. Deca already has a Bush and a Snowy Bush. Adding a golden bush for autumn and a flowering bush for spring would make the lowly Bush into a great looking Seasonal deco. The same thing might be done with a small tree.
Finally, I would love to see the dragon limit on the Large Seasonal Habitat raised from 4 to 5. This would really help the Seasonal aspect of an increasingly crowded Vale.
I might have another variant of the update glitch. It just says "get the latest update" and freezes (you HAVE to click okay because there's nowhere else to go). It takes you to the App Store which doesn't load, I go there independently ... & I can't find any update. What's that all about?

Mine updated fine, and I checked and it is still working when I log in. Have you tried manually searching for DragonVale in the App Store? That's how I found the update on my phone. Perhaps there is a bug with the in-game "update now" link.

I have a bug similar to the three mentioned above. In my case the update didn’t appear fully complete but when I search the App Store manually DV shows as updated (oddly with Into The Screamhouse update info text etc) and has the open button. If I hit the open button I get back to the loading screen saying I need to update to the latest version as per frietag’s post and then behaves as per emiIie’s post.
I have tried a hard reset on both the app and iPad but no luck getting past the you need to update now link, which when clicked (as you can’t do anything else) it goes back to the can’t connect to the App Store message. My Liveloch should have finished cloning in the coop by now and I want to see it
EDIT: third time checking the App Store and DV could be updated again, this time with the correct into the greenhouse splash and info. Update went fine and game loaded.
My Mum had the same problem as others have reported above, she didn’t realise you have to search for the app in the App Store and then tap on the app information to ensure it shows you the update button. I talked her through the process and it updated successfully and now she can access the park. One happy Mum.
Note if you don’t tap on the app information in the App Store you may not see the update button (it will likely just show an open button instead).

J'ai eu le même souci, et plusieurs fois.
À chaque fois, je suis sur ipad, j'ai désinstallé le jeu ( supprimé via le - sur l'icône) puis je suis allée sur mon apple store et là j'ai pu l' "obtenir" de nouveau. Deca m'a demandé mon âge, si je voulais des notifications etc etc, mais au final, je suis directement retombée sur mon parc, sans avoir rien perdu, ni en niveau ni en compteurs dc, gemmes ou autre. Si ça peut t'aider?
Jodragonvale, Tu as eu bien du courage de tenter cette manip’! Bien que tu l’aies fait sans encombre, ça m’inquiète et je préférerais que Deca résolve le problème…
