This is not a bug or a glitch. This is the way iOS updates have been released for many years. You’ll need to force the update to show. Please see the instructions in this post.
Hetchy, this is a forced update. You must update to continue playing DV. You can wait for the update to gradually show in your list of Available Updates so your game automatically updates, but that could take days. I've included the contents of version 4.30.0 in the linked post.
I think perhaps the way I worded this was bad- it was just that clicking ok on the screen took me to the App Store and then it would say it couldn’t connect to App Store. So it was just stuck on this loop. I had to wait till about midnight ( UK) for the update to appear in the AppStore and then go from there. But everything looks to be fine now so grateful they seem to have the other previous glitch’s fixed.
I understood what you were saying. You explained it very well.
The next time this happens, follow the instructions in this post to force the update to appear. Waiting for an update to appear can take hours or days. The update is available, it just hasn’t appeared on your device yet because Apple staggers the release. You can use the tip in the above-linked post for all of your apps. It’s an extremely helpful thing for iOS users to know so they can manage their updates. Hopefully, knowing how to force updates to show will alleviate any future confusion.

In my case there ´s a bug. I had to uptade manually, but while the game is uptated it’s still not loading. I still only get the window with « you have to uptade », but the game is up to date.
The miraculous Bob, Karlene7, and Lorry aren’t just walking on water, they’re riding the wave!
A waterworks of thanks to Lorry, Karlene, and bob! Liveloch will bring twice the rain, double the refreshing rivers, and all the joy to the harvest season. I have sent geyser gems and aquifer treats in great appreciation. Many cheers!
I believe I have delivered gems and treats to everybody who sent a new Into the Greenhouse twin (and a new Halloween twin). If you’re a Forum member, I also messaged you. If you did not receive gems and treats, please let me know, and I'll send them your way. Thank you very much!

I missed the other posts about this on the previous page where they said installing the update fixed it. I went ahead and did it.
Glad I did because I had some serious koalas in my park today. I bred Liveloch in the rift second try, then I got Gryphus in the rift. Afterwards I evolved Blotato and Karroot, so now I have 3 of the 5 Fall evolve dragons.
Speaking of evolve dragons... I really don't want to buy the weather station, so should I just buy Aubergine? I have everything else I'd need for Aubergine (except for the weather and traited Berry is only level 10- I don't really fancy spending so many treats to feed him up. I mean, the weather station might be something I'd like to have at some point, but do I really want to spend 10k on it? Not in an event where there are only 21 days to collect magic. It only helps you breed the following dragons, right? Aubergine, Moriante, and Tranquil, right? Or are there more? I have Moriante, so I could just buy Aubergine and Tranqil and be done with the whole thing... might do that.
Regarding Aubergine, if you don’t want a traited version, prefer to skip the Weather Station, and don’t have the treats to level up traited Berry, then purchasing Aubergine from the market is the only recourse. It is certainly a good option for players who don’t have a lot of resources. I purchased Aubergine several years ago in my alts parks. For late gamers, evolving traited Aubergine is important.
The Weather Station is needed to evolve Aubergine and to breed Moriante and Tranquil.
Thanks for your response! I believe I'll neither buy the weather station this time around, nor buy Aubergine. I am going to get the weather station in the Spring event, which is cheaper (8,000 EC vs 10,000) and it's a longer event so there is more time to collect, PLUS I already have the Lost Island, and the Runic Breeding Caves will make it so that I won't have much EC to spend on dragons, probably. I'll then evolve Aubergine next Thanksgiving. Playing the long game, heh heh.
----
In other news, I've been having pretty koala in my parks. I was able to clone a Waterwalker, breed a Liveloch, max out my Harmonious Habitats, and breed and evolve quite a few dragons this event. That's without spending gems, by the way! I'm trying to save up for the expansion event.
I'll definitely use my end of event egg on Diggy, unless at the last minute I decide to nab a traited dragon. I'm getting the 10% clone odds dragons in my alt parks so I can clone them in my leisure (actually only have 3 left of those to get for this event) and so I'm coming to a good place.
---- I have to say I'm so happy that Decca made the limited dragon only 10,500 EC this time. What a relief, I was afraid the 15-20k would be the new norm.

Your koalas have been working overtime. It is great to hear successful breeding stories. 😊 😊
Pikeleaf has so far proven to be quite the tough nut to crack. I've been attempting since the beginning of the event with no avail. However, most of my friends now have Liveloch up in the co-op, which is hindering my chances of getting the dragon.

I’ve been doing really well this event- despite the glitches- and I’ve actually got all of them now so if anyone needs a hand to breed I’m happy to put whatever you need up. I don’t know if I’m allowed to put this up here so apologies if not but if you want to add me- it’s Vamp#7608 I’ve got my Liveloch up at the moment. And I too must have overtime koalas- I bred the waterwalker in the first few tries with my Aperture.
I have moved your post to the Co-op breeding thread, there may be members who would like to take you up on your offer of putting a dragon in co-op for them.
I have also removed your sentence about the spoiler dragon. Please do not post unreleased content on the public thread. Please join the Spoiler Group and use the Spoiler Chat thread. As per this previous post with instructions link Thank you.

omg- I’m really sorry I didn’t know that’s what it was and wouldn’t have posted about it if I did. 😱
Breed or buy Liveloch and his pedestal now to live without a life of regrets!
With an earth trait, Liveloch looks like he’s emerging from a well made of adobe bricks.

Liveloch had ensured the Vale was properly hydrated and Ma Goody was furiously baking the last of the pumpkin pies and cranberry tartlets, but the ever-worrying Kroki was still concerned. He informed Kaleni that the Meta-carotenes, Blushrooms, Jive Chives, and Nubbleberries were not growing when he checked earlier in the week. 'Those are cross-pollination crops', said Kaleni. Kroki was puzzled, 'So they need Busby?' Kaleni gestured to Kroki, and they started towards the cross-pollination greenhouse. 'No, Busby is a pollinator. The crops need a POLLENIZER.' Kroki with his standard, large-eyed, quizzical look asked, 'What’s the difference?' As they reached the greenhouse, Kaleni explained, 'Pollinators are animals, insects. Pollenizers are plants; plants that pollinate other plants'. They entered the greenhouse, and in the centre stood a gigantically stunning floral pollenizer with the Pollenizer dragon quickly and quietly attending to it. All the Meta-carotenes, Blushrooms, Jive Chives, and Nubbleberries were vibrant, thriving, and ready to be harvested. Kroki could almost smell the deliciousness ahead.
Pollenizer is in the co-op joining the feast. HAPPY KOALAGIVING to all!

Many cheers to MinyaZ for the cloning dragons!
Thank you for posting this! I really like the story 🌸
Do we know its main park cloning odds yet? I managed to breed one traited (woo-hoo!) and was wondering whether I would be better off trying to single parent clone it for a pedestal.

No problem! Sometimes it take a bit for the Compendium to update your version.
