Oasian looks fantastic with the water trait. Very fitting and Deca did a very nice job. Will you be creating a small army of traited Oasian dragons? You need at least one of every trait?

I have now made a ticket, but I forgot to mention (cause I didn’t realize at the time) that my Garland Land had also been emptied and I lost that event cash as well. adlerist can you mention that on your next call?
I too have been affected by the event island and runic caves disappearing. When I reopened, the tutorial 7 day cave has closed so I have lost 6.3 days of breeding and also my breeding history in the tutorual and standard. I have reported to Deca.

I figure the loss of that cave is about 5k of event cash. Not to mention the event cash I would have had if I spent rl$ on runestones. Which I am scared to do (not just a Scrooge). I expect this to keep happening, so I expect that purchased runestones would disappear as well.
On the funny side, when I logged in this morning, half my friends had ghostly cold in the co-op (including adlerist) because of her post last night.

I think my island needs a major koala cleanse because my luck keeps getting worse.
Tried for Shaper and got a 24 hour fail. Switched up and tried to clone Grandeur, got another 24 hour fail. Tried again and got 48 hour fail. That one is too expensive to speed up. I'll have to wait a while and maybe use Kairos to make it go faster.
Where have all my koalas gone? Are they on vacation for the holidays? 😭

I am so sorry you caught the bug. I too had the same encounter in one of my parks last night.
To open a ticket, when you are in the game, go to the options button —>email support. When you click on that, it opens up to ask you to describe the problem. Type in your problem, then go to next, and send to Deca. Hope this helps.
Deca responded to me saying that they are “currently investigating what is causing the issue”. This probably is their standard response, but hopefully they can resolve this problem soon. 🐨🐨🐨
I think my berry stash has been halved from when I was last in my parks a couple of hours ago. I have sent DECA a report for each park and will update on the outcome. Has anyone else noticed this?
There are reports of the event island disappearing along with the Runic Breeding Caves (the event ends and the player receives Motley eggs), and there are reports of the event island and Gemstone Island merging, when that happens, players can’t earn EC. But that latter bug was resolved earlier. Deca is still keeping an eye on it.
I haven’t heard about players only missing a portion of their EC.
I am having the same issue. Some EC gone, one of my RBCs is gone (along with the dragons that I bred in them, including two Stage dragons). No longer have any dragons showing up in the egg history for the RBCs. Game seems to be crashing a lot for me. Can they restore the missing RBC, the EC and the egg history, please?

I too have not gotten anything but a few 22 - 24 hour breeds. It is still early yet. Sending plane tickets for all the 🐨🐨🐨 who are sunning on the Paradise habitats to head back to your park. Packing 🍫🍫🍏🍏 for their snacks. 🐨🐨🐨🐨

Yes, I sent them a ticket and they replied. I used the ingame email support button. I sent it last night around 11:30 pm pacific time. This is their response this morning:

Unfortunately the disappearing bug has hit a second time. I have lost my runic cave and breeding history a second time. This time I lost the history of a Glitz dragon which I had been very pleased to breed, as I wanted to claim twin/rifted versions.
I definitely am holding on buying any runestones until this is definitely resolved.

A similar thing happened to me yesterday. I used T'aishen to do an initial sweep of my islands and sold eggs etc and had about 400 approximately iceberries. I then used Kairos, followed by another instand sweep which brought my total to over 800. At that point the game froze and crashed and when I restarted it I was back to the 400 iceberries.
I didn't report it as I thought it might be happening to others who could ill afford to lose this amount. As it's so early in the game and I usually never have anything at the end of the event to spend my accumulated currency, I just let it go. If I was fairly new to the game I would have been extremely disappointed.

My game often crashes after using Kairos and Ts’aishen in sequence, but I don’t think I have lost any currency as a result. I usually let my game sit for a few seconds after activating Ts’aishen so my park can phone home with the new updated currency totals. Deca got this issue fixed earlier this year after I complained, but there has been a regression since then. Computer programming is still a Black Art.

My Runic Caves have always worked properly (fingers crossed) but if an egg shows up that I really want, I claim it immediately, just in case. There are too many things that can go wrong in a month long event.

If a dragon is not available (green hourglass) they cannot be bred in the Runic Caves using their combo, but they can be cloned - ie using one as a parent. If you have two the same the breeding odds are better than just using one as a parent.
The exceptions are all Rift exclusive dragons, Galaxy dragons, Solis and Lunis cannot be bred in Runic Caves. If a gemstone/crystalline dragon is available it can be bred in a Runic Cave using its breeding combo.

I just got hit with the disappearing island glitch, too.
Luckily the two dragons I managed to breed for that I really wanted were double parent bred. So getting them again won't be too hard. But I do want that 2nd island reactivated.
