Deca Games has developed a series of questions to gather feedback from players regarding their new event dragons. To capture an accurate account of players’ assessments, Rate a Dragon threads are created for each new dragon. These threads will be available approximately one to four weeks after a dragon’s release to allow players some time to breed the dragon and admire its fine qualities.
Since Deca asked players to rate their dragons and provided questions for the categories they would like to receive feedback on, please keep all comments related to the dragon. Opinions and suggestions about the selection process Deca utilises to add player-designed dragons to the game, requests to include or exclude a player’s dragons from the game, and other off-topic comments will not be passed on to Deca. In addition, excessively rude, graphic, or offensive remarks will not be relayed and could result in a ban. Criticism is certainly welcomed, but try to keep it constructive and related to the dragon.
The Rate a Dragon threads will remain unlocked until the event concludes on January 24th. At the end of the event, your ratings and comments will be passed on to the Deca DragonVale Team.
Please take a minute to rate the Snowy Winter Ball dragons from 1-5 for each category. You can either post your feedback on this thread or message me. Thank you for participating, sharing your thoughts, and making this game even better with each dragon.

1. Animation 1 the dragon’s design feels like an excuse to not bother with an animation. It would have worked better if the dragon froze over time and this was just part of its animation. But... that’s all there is. Just... rocking back and forth a little. Even if it fell over it would be better... Also, the loading screen has it sliding across the floor. That could have been included too, but it wasn’t

6. Rate Cubicle’s design 3 I like the dragon itself but as mentioned, the ice cube feels like an excuse not to bother with animation. This dragon would have been perfectly fine without the addition of the ice cube, or if the ice cube forming was part of its animation
7. How would you rate Cubicle’s breeding combo (ZERO + cold + water) 2 I like the elements but Zero is unrelated and both it and its parent Snowpocalypse have low odds. Getting untraited dragons from the Rift is so annoying

1. 4/5 Can’t really expect it to be very animated, given its situation. I find that quite funny 2. 5/5 Nicely traited 3. 3/5 Too big 4. 3/5 Too pricey 5. 4/5 Not sure how it would get on at the ball (how will it show off its dance moves?) but certainly wintery 6. 3/5 I thought I’d love this one, it’s a great concept but too bulky, too cartoony. Much prefer the cubeless baby & that can’t be right 🤷🏻♀️ 7. 4/5 Cold & water makes perfect sense but unsure about Zero 8. 3/5 Disappointing

Comments/feedback for Deca : Baby Cubicle flipping his head 180 degrees is very cute. (Turns out this was a bug that has been fixed. Shame, I quite liked it, thought it was funny) Cubicle looks as though it ‘walks’ around the habitat, but its feet don’t move. It doesn’t look like it is being propelled by the rocking animation that it has in the Dragonarium. It needs a sliding, gliding animation on the ice would look better, perhaps as its ice-cube melts. Great trait placement. Cubicle is too big and his ice-cube makes him even bigger. He takes up too much room in the habitat. I like that he has a simpler design and is not over-detailed. Not a great breeding combo. Zero is not an easy dragon to breed and Snowpocalypse requires Winter as a part of the breeding combo. Winter was not available at the beginning of an event. If a breeding combo is going to need Winter, it must be available to be bred from the start of the event to enable all players to breed it.

1. Animation: 4.5, sometimes less is more. Not every dragon needs to do a figure 8, head over heels, or swirl. I think it is cute just sliding around with a happy attitude.

Comments/feedback for Deca: I really like this dragon. It is different than the usual flying, or stomping, or skating ones. Makes me think of a Zamboni moving around in an ice rink, and then I thought of Snoopy driving the Zamboni.😀. I also like the baby a lot. 🧊🧊

CUBICLE DRAGON
1. Animation-3 while I don’t need every dragon to be doing something amazing, this seemed like a missed opportunity to have it slide and leave a trail of ice behind as the splash screen suggested

Animation: 4/5 Could use a bit more, although I do enjoy watching him slide around in an ornamental habitat.
Trait: 4.5/5 Overall, the trait is nearly perfect. The only spot in which else I feel like needs a trait is on the top of the ice cube.
Size: 3.5/5 Cubicle is a bit larger of a dragon than preferred.
Price: 2.5/5 17,000 is beginning to get a bit on the pricey side for a dragon.
Theme: 5/5 No explanation is necessary.
Design: 5/5 A perfectly-done Backflip-style dragon. Takes me back!
Combo: 3.5/5 Overall, the combo fits Cubicle well. Zero is a bit difficult to obtain, however.
Preference: 4/5 Overall, I find some enjoyment in Cubicle. Although it has been cursed to be frozen for the rest of eternity, Cubicle does not appear to care.
