Deca Games has developed a series of questions to gather feedback from players regarding their new event dragons. To capture an accurate account of players’ assessments, Rate a Dragon threads are created for each new dragon. These threads will be available approximately one to four weeks after a dragon’s release to allow players some time to breed the dragon and admire its fine qualities.
Since Deca asked players to rate their dragons and provided questions for the categories they would like to receive feedback on, please keep all comments related to the dragon. Opinions and suggestions about the selection process Deca utilises to add player-designed dragons into the game, requests to include or exclude a player’s dragons from the game, and other off-topic comments will not be passed on to Deca. In addition, excessively rude, graphic, or offensive remarks will not be relayed and could result in a ban. Criticism is certainly welcomed, but try to keep it constructive and relevant to the dragon.
The Rate a Dragon threads will remain unlocked until the event concludes on October 9th. At the end of the event, your ratings and comments will be passed on to the Deca DragonVale Team.
Please take a minute to rate the Summerthings Magical II dragons from 1-5 for each category. You can either post your feedback on this thread or message me. Thank you for participating, sharing your thoughts, and making this game even better with each dragon.

Please rate the Quamera on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 = worst, 5 = best). If a rating below 1 or above 5 is given, or if more than one number is provided, the rating will not count.

QUAMERA DRAGON
1. Animation - 4/5
2. Rift trait - 1/5 There’s hardly any trait!
3. Size (if you don’t own Quamera, please check a friend’s park) - 5/5
4. Price (14,400 Magic) - 3/5
5. How well does Quamera fit the theme of the event - 1/5
6. Rate Quamera’s design - 5/5
7. How would you rate Quamera’s breeding combo (cold + dark + earth + lightning) - 5/5
8. How much do you like Quamera (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) - 5/5
Comments/feedback for Deca - I’m the first one rating this dragon, usually I’m the last lol. I really like Quamera. It could’ve fit the theme, but there wasn’t an effort made to tie it to the event. Even the description is some random story about a storm with a weird rhyme at the end.
1. 3/5 Not a lot going on for a dragon with four heads 2. 2/5 Not a lot going on for a dragon with four heads (I like what there is but come on!) 3. 5/5 A good size (eventually) 4. 3/5 Expensive (even if it’s four heads for the price of one) 5. 2/5 So even with the description, this one’s lost on me 6. 4/5 It’s a great design - I like each one of its four heads! 7. 5/5 Some epic fails but can’t really complain 8. 4/5 Like it a lot
5. How well does Quamera fit the theme of the event: 3.5
6. Rate Quamera’s design: 5
7. How would you rate Quamera’s breeding combo (cold + dark + earth + lightning): 5
8. How much do you like Quamera: 5
Comments/feedback for Deca: When Quantum is on the ground it looks like each head is taking a turn in pulling Quamera to give it forward momentum. It is a good size and fits well with the other Olypmus dragons. The rift trait is very, very subtle. Unless I’m missing something, only heads two and four receive a trait. I prefer subtle over too much, but this is too little. Not sure how he fits the school or summery theme. Perhaps he could have saved the schoolhouse or the wizzlings from the storm? A great breeding combo. I like that each head is a different colour to represent each element. Nice touch. A good addition to the Vale.
5. How well does Quamera fit the theme of the event: 4
6. Rate Quamera’s design: 5
7. How would you rate Quamera’s breeding combo (cold + dark + earth + lightning): 5
8. How much do you like Quamera: 4.5
Comments/feedback for Deca: a nice 4 headed dragon, although I feel that the colors are a little blurred (maybe I am on low res?). Gave it a 4 theme rating since it defeated the storm with its magic? 🤷♀️

1. Animation: 3/5, A very difficult design to animate, but I feel like a lot more could have been done to show off the individual powers of each head. As of now it seems to mostly emphasise the difficulty this dragon has in moving around, sort of lunging.
2. Rift trait: 4/5, I understand the extreme subtlety of this one given the busyness of the design, but it is definitely hard to spot!
3. Size: 3/5, Could be a lot bigger in order to show off all the detail on those four heads!
4. Price (14,400 Magic): 1/5
5. How well does Quamera fit the theme of the event: 1/5, I'm completely lost on how this ties into summer or schools?
6. Rate Quamera’s design: 4/5 (Ha, ha.), Individually, I think each head is beautifully detailed and a great representation of each element, I like how you can sort of see aspects of the basic elemental dragons within them. I love the idea of them all representing some aspect of the storm and having links to Tiamat's chaos. However, I never like when multi-headed designs have a body that seems to belong to one head only; I know this is a fundamental aspect of chaotic designs like Tiamat's, but this sort of style always makes the other heads feel very tacked-on. I prefer when the body is as chaotic as the heads, or otherwise tailored to suit the entire design.
7. Breeding combo (cold + dark + earth + lightning): 5/5, Makes perfect sense as each element seems to correspond to a head!
8. How much do you like Quamera: 3/5, I love all the aspects of this design separately, it's just the body that makes it feel cobbled together to me, but I understand that this is a very popular dragon design trope that I might just not gel with as well!
3. Size (if you don’t own Quamera, please check a friend’s park) 5
4. Price (14,400 Magic) 5
5. How well does Quamera fit the theme of the event 3
6. Rate Quamera’s design 5
7. How would you rate Quamera’s breeding combo (cold + dark + earth + lightning) 5
8. How much do you like Quamera (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 5
