Market and rocks

Good evening~

I just got this app for my nephew. He made it to level 6 but can't remove rocks or go to Market. I have re installed 3 x's and it still will no let him advance. They are just gray. He keeps visiting neighbors.... So he has about 15,000 in coins. If anyone has an idea.... Please help me fix this.

I would recommend completely closing down the game, by double clicking the home button, then long hold DragonVale game icon until it wiggles, then click the x button. Re-open the game and see if that cleared the problem.

I would recommend completely closing down the game, by double clicking the home button, then long hold DragonVale game icon until it wiggles, then click the x button. Re-open the game and see if that cleared the problem.

Thanks for trying. But nothing happened. I have double checked app updates to see if any... Nothing. I even rebooted my iPhone and iPad to see if that would help, but it is still not working. Again, thanks for trying to us!

There was an update today. Check and see if that helps. If not, certainly contact customer service.

I would try deleting the app - completely - telling the game center to keep the data when it asks. Then re-install a new fresh version of the game. My son's ipod kept crashing every time he launched Dragonvale and I did the same and when re-installed all worked well.

I had rebooted the device before that and made sure the app was shut down properly yet nothing fixed it until I had re-installed the app.
