Sorry about this. I just realized that I looked at the level 10s amount in my metal shrine. I tried to figure out how to work this out by equally dividing up the metals with the remaining, but I always ended up with extra plants.

Yeah you're screwed a little bit because Plants and Metal don't mix. But make 30 lichens to get rid of them, then 2 Mine + 28 Magnetic will knock off 30 of the Metal. For the last 10, Iron or Magnetic will do the job quickest for the most. Overnight a Rust will get you 1.65 million.

Currently I have, 9 bloom 6 panlong 2 chrome 1 iron 2 magnetic 2 brass 1 steel 2 dodo 4 Sakura 2 blue fire 2 frostfire It seems that since Sakura are 3 elements they would be good to breed for shrines but they aren't big earners

The problem with Sakura is that they cover 2 elements in the Panlong and 1 in the Bloom, so they're not that useful just yet. You need:
44 Water 50 Metal 44 Air 42 Plant 40 Cold 42 Fire 44 Earth 42 Lightening
40 Bloom, 2 Cactus knock off the Cold, Lightning and Plant Dragons.
44 Water 50 Metal 44 Air 42 Fire 44 Earth
13 Iron, 11 Brass, 13 Rust & 13 Chrome finish off Metal and leave 31 of the 4 Panlong elements. So:

Plant Shrine 51/50 Earth 21/50 Fire 24/50 Cold 20/50 lightening 15/50 Water 12/50
I have one Panlong dragon and no blooms (missed it).
Welcome to the forum. Great to see you here. 3 things to say:
1. You'll get another shrine with the next two levels, and it's a bit hard to form up a plan without those numbers. But I think I'll have it summed up in point 3.
2. You will need another Panlong so you can breed them, as they will be the basis of leveling up 4 shrines at a time. Spend the next 2 levels trying for a second. Metal + Panlong is the best combo to use, as the average fail time is 6 and a half hours.
3. I'm pretty confident these numbers will be for Silver and my plans are really for Gold, as the Silvers will take care of themselves. Your plan for Gold will be the standard one for those with no Bloom.
No. Do they let you breed more after you've got one even though it's gone?
Not when they are off the market. That is why people try to breed two of each. That's okay it does not prevent you from getting Silver or Gold shrines if you decide to go that route. Plus, a new hybrid may come and may not make a difference.

Only if you have 2 of them can you breed more after they are removed from the market. That's why a lot of us go crazy like myself to get 2 of the one's that will be taken away until the next year or leap year or whatever the case may be.

I have : Fire shrine : lvl10 70 - lvl15 9/50 Plant shrine :lvl10 86- lvl15 2/50 Cold shrine : lvl10 53- lvl15 2/50 Earth shrine : lvl10 73- lvl15 9/50 Lightning shrine : lvl10 107- lvl15 2/50 Metal shrine : lvl10 50- lvl15 0/50 Water shrine : lvl10 27 (9 lvl15) Air shrine : lvl10 30 (9 lvl15)
