Hey guys, I don't want to sound like a greedy jerk...But I have been playing dragonvale for about 2 months now, and I admit that I have become an addict.... However, the one thing I have problems with is gems! I have a lot of friends on gamecenter, but I don't receive a lot of gems... I have been on this forum a few times, and you all seem like a nice bunch of people! I just wanted to ask for a little help in the gem department please! I am trying to get the Epic Breeding Island! I hope I don't come off as a greedy jerk, I am just looking for a little help, thanks to those who do help, and I promise I will try to return the favor ASAP! Thanks!
I think after me darmaguy should be the next gem bombed.
I'll save up for a 50-slot HC on my own, he needs the EBI; I dont.
Dramaguy257 does not have a breeding island OR a Dragonsai tree. When Eternity has enough gems, I nominate Dramaguy.

You guys *may* not have to continue bombing. Only 10 gems left for me. Im really used to saving up for things on my own so its ok if you guys wanna stop for drama.

The trouble is that he only made 8 posts and two of those were begging for gems. Do you really want to set a precedent of bombing anyone who stops by to beg?

And yes I do, trying to get my presence known I wanted to be able to gem others even tho I had no gem tree, but now I have a glitchy one! Hooray!

Whereas I have 2 young boys, the oldest (10) of whom has an unfortunate terminal illness that falls under the MD umbrella, a variation of degenerative Ataxia, we three have bonded much through our trials and tribulations with DV. He can be found on GC as: Dragonb0y1 (the 3rd 0 in ID "0" is a zero and not the letter "o". I just bought him the breeding island but, he could really use gem exchange pals, as well as his brother (5) who is lukiemomo on GC & also would benefit from gem pals. I have a handful of exchangers but am asking today (which I really feel humbled in doing so) as the need to increase hibernation space so that I can focus on helping them with their islands. I am at a seemingly (not as much fun in recent times) taxing level whereas I just feed dragons, hope for the month dragon if I have time to implement hybrid strategies I learn about from this 'gem of a forum', but still get gaming pleasure with the release of all of the fun seasonal dragons & decorations. We love the changing colors of Seasonal, think the Eclipse is the sleekest, most graceful-looking dragon to-date, marveled at the bats swooning from the Halloween building, and we're getting a kick out of some of the 'haters' of the 'swirling fog' around their orbs, but personally think its the most graphic-intense animation Backflip has conjured, up there with the Volcano overhaul. We love how it stands out once an island is in view. We all occasionally get frustrated or disappointed with the scale of things. (I can't get my Gem Tree to glow showing off its best feature, the glistening gems, so it remains on the outer edge of an island so as the blue sky background offsets that deficit. The boys were so dismayed with the quite costly decorative crystal that they feel is puny, not worth their hard-earned coins, like the sky tree. We are all struggling with the bore of races. We win the race, but then get insulting "prizes" like just coins just covering the cost of entrance or some dismal food dispersement that leaves us and the dragons "hungry for more", lol. But, hey, that's why we like DV, it's an imperfect world we all enjoy, derive pleasure from by putting our own mark on, try and control some of the chaos that can ensue, gratified by our own efforts and diligence in doing so, where we can escape quite easily with the dizzying beauty of the graphics and spirited, less hard-core pace that many other apps demand of one's attention, and perhaps even tempt pocket's content. So, this is why I respectfully ask of you for some gem pals. And if you need some as well, I also have GC Stefers74 where I attempt to try things out, hoping I'm a good DV role model for my boys and test the waters, so to speak.
