Well, English is more a germanic language than it is anything else. But, it's hip to be square. Now, having said that, does the website/landing page (this thread's subject) look okay?

Would love to sit over myke's shoulder as he reads our posts. Bet he really wants to pull out his red pencil, mark his corrections and send them back.
I like you guys a lot, as hard as you are trying to make it for me. My shoulders sagged, and I smiled.
I... we.. umm... uhhh we are having trouble discerning if you are joining the grammarian collective, or if you are mocking it.
Certainly not trying to hurt your feelings here myke, we do like being liked - a lot. My guess the check mark falls in the mocking column. We are teachable....just sayin'.
"My shoulders sagged, and I smiled." Have you considered using shoulder pads?

Okay, okay, I know I'm as guilty as anyone else, but we're gonna move the chat to the chat thread and leave this poor landing page thread alone now, okay?
I can't save people's lives through surgery. I just can't do it. I haven't studied how to. How much weight, therefore, should my opinion have in a public debate about cutting funding to medical programs and research? (For the record, I haven't ever been asked to lend my opinion to such public debates.)
So, Mr. Grammarian , may I ask a question? I was under the impression that you were not supposed to end a sentence with a preposition and have gone to great lengths to re-phrase sentences to avoid that circumstance (see, I almost did it again!). Has that changed?
And there are probably several grammatical errors in the above sentences but I am really curious about the answer!
(sorry Tommy, my post went up before I saw yours )

Hi toothless,
I remember seeing "toothless" as the latest forum member name 3 weeks ago. I was wondering when you were going to post a message.
Welcome to the forum.
We use this thread to correct Fletch's grammar and spelling and misuse of apostrophes, as well as thank him for the great work he does around this forum.
The answer you are looking for is on page 1 of the Rare Breeding Guide thread. Check out this link:
