Oops my bad -must be the zombie inflicted brain damage again
Or could be that I was distracted by finally finishing my shrine grind (now to make both all breeding parents level 15 and determine the multiple sets to push to level 20)...but turquoise breeding success needed first

LIquid, it's interesting that you're doing the shrine grind first ( Congrats, btw), & then leveling breeding parents to 15. I'm planning on doing it the other way around, breeding parents to lvl 15 first then the shrine grind with whatever extras I need at that point. Is there a particular reason you are doing it your way, one that I should perhaps consider? Thanks!

It's all good. Congrats debstoy and the rest.
I already had every pair to level 10 & 15 or both at 15 in some cases. So now i will finish feeding those at 10 up to 15 & progress from there. I had been following your primary tactic (while putting breeding for the monthly comps and for new releases first) but then realized I had the food and funds to finish my grind. Thus I used the lull at the end of November to knock it out and will now begin replenishing my food stores.
I'm still riding the fail train trying for my daughter's dragon this month...got a week to make this happen still
I'm out - 2nd try on island, 4th try overall. koala to those who are still trying for the their first, and may peeps 2nd one be as easy as the first to come by for those that have been lucky so far.

I hope you get your daughter's birthstone in time. Interesting shrine strategy. I have about 11 metal dragons to go and all my shrines will be gold. I can't concentrate on that until I get my Turquoise and perhaps my first Reindeer as well. Best of luck to you.
