In the US most people in jewerly stores only see a very very pale almost see through blue color tanzanite. This is the lowest possible grade tanzanite. Real high grade Tanzanite has the dark purple to blue or blue to purple colors seen in the link above.
(yes, I've scoped out US jewelery stores looking for high grade tanzanite...and have never found any)
The likelihood of you finding one already set in a jewellery store would be very rare. I paid a fortune for mine even though I work in the trade and mine isn't massively dark in colour. It's just not something that jewellers would tie up so much money in when, for whatever reason, they aren't as popular as diamonds. If you really want one I'd suggest finding a jewellers that makes things to order. We get a selection of stones in once a design is decided and allow people to view them and decide which one. So if you know you want a very dark colour you can ask them to get one in for you and go from there.
I lived in Tanzania for a few years so I picked up cut but not set tanzanite and had it set at home. It is more of a curiousity that drives me to check out all the stores now when I am browsing.

I only had one Poison too. I must have accidentally deleted one but I got one as a fail so I've been breeding in both places. Now I have lots of poison and swamp fails.
Edited to say "I'm out!!!!!" Got the first was breeding in the EBI!

I don't know about breaking knees, but I do think if people aren't breeding, for whatever reason, out of fairness they should withdraw from the contest.
