Still no luck with Garnet. 😔 Wound up spending gems again to get my 2nd Apocolypse. Still have not one single Gold Olympus...after all this time! 😫ðŸ˜. Oh well..just have to settle for bronze and silver. Would also like a second Current, but didn't achieve that one either.
I DID get a 2nd LYD!!! Yay!!! 😄ðŸ˜. Got lots more Solar Eclipse trying for Garnet! So not at all a total loss!

Here is a method that might work.
Try going for an SED, use the smoke/obsidian combo, just watch out for those darned garnet fails!!!
Well, just checked out my park and can finally say that I'm a loser! I'm so happy it was just 12 days for this one to arrive, as I usually don't get gem dragons occasionally.
Yes, the strategy of this competition of 'constant breeding' is a really great method as it has definitely worked for me!
(BTW, I love my dragons } They only suffer as much as I do.)
I don't know TommyB but I've seen his name quite often here on the forum. The C is just the first letter of my surname, can't see that as an upgrade It is more like I was just too late for TommyA or -B ;D
I told my husband of poutine so we had it for dinner. And not as a side dish either; it was the main event. Probably not a proper poutine as I see that it should served with cheese curds, and we cannot get those here. I've had cheese curds before though and liken it to manna from heaven. Still, it was delicious

The next BIG dragon will not be a dragon but a wizard which, every 4th day, will address you by your GCID and tell you how smart, intelligent, and good looking you are and that he loves you. To obtain that super wizard you will have to build a tower as big as one s own ego, meaning some could range out if the game screen. Everything is possible in DV!

Thanks, Pixie. I would have moved them (and all the space-shrubs and space-flowers around them; I went a little decor-nutty) if I needed to. I am loving the outposts that have their collection points in one place. No more "Where's Waldo?" feelings whilst searching outhouses for tiny little gold coins.
Talk about long fails!! My total breeding and incubation time is 130 hours! At least I got one Cyclops. I sometimes have to check on an egg in my collection to see which dragon it is - won't have to do that with this egg.

A google search for the specific phrase "pics or it didn't happen" gave me over 9 million results. One of my favourites is the second highlighted image.
If I remember correctly, Fletch was very impressed by the fireworks dragon, particularly the egg design. He called it 'the crowning victory for america's imperialistc takeover of the dragon dimension' and gave it a special place in his park.
With the new month, comes a new installment of POTM. It works like this:
