Just sent out today's round of g'luck gems to the remaining contestants (and tommyB). I only have 5 of the remaining as friends, so sent FR's to the rest so you guys can receive some g'luck gems and bring this competition to a close soon. Somebody needs to needs to break this stalemate today, even if it means I lose another bet to debstoy.

Awwww Nnja I'm sorry you're having such rotten luck. It is really frustrating when you can't get the dragons you're after particularly when they are limited. I am hoping everyone gets their amethyst dragons today after Mishkasmom of course.

You see my 12 year old daughter was caught in a string of lies last night. So her consequence is no cell phone and grounded from friends coming over or her going outside. She was extremely devastated. Normally a very well behaved girl with awesome grades that plays flute in the band and is in competition Winter Guard. (Only 2 6th graders in competition and she is the only one who is also in band).
So, I decided to show her that it is possible to live well without a cell phone by grounding myself from mine as well.
Now, since we only have one other computer in the house and my husband has been using it; it has been very difficult to get on and play. Please bear with me!

So, I decided to show her that it is possible to live well without a cell phone by grounding myself from mine as well.
I find it not only possible, but preferable. I haven't had a mobile since 2001 and am so glad. Clients and colleagues really abuse mobiles and call you at any hour, any day. It is terrible.
Lol Bliss Re mobile phone, i have a prepaid one and nobody knows its number, t is only for emergency, like last week when, at 10 at night, under the rain, my car bumped on an obstacle on the road and my tire was just destroyed. The mobile was used to call the road rescue which came a quarter if an hour later. I think I have used about 10 bucks worth if calls in 3 years lol.

That is an excellent use for a mobile! I had one that sat on a bookcase for a year, but I didn't use it and it ended being deactivated. Was one of the ones service providers send out each year.

I agree with the excessive calling. That is why I mostly have my phone set to ignore all call except for my favorites. Which include mostly just family!

Still no Amethyst. This has been the worst month ever for me. I'm going to have to stop trying for a Rose in my cave & send in another Sonic & Hail to try for an Amethyst there, too.
