Does anyone know of a resource which allows you to sort all dragons by earning rates, including maximum boosts? I'd like to use it to optimize my park a bit. Thanks!
When I did a massive redesign, I used an Excel spreadsheet.
Edit: The DV Wiki has a nice grid, showing the earnings rates of each dragon up to level 20. These rates are unboosted, as the variables are far too numerous to chart.
Yeah, I was hoping to use something that already exists. I just would like being able to sort based on the maximum boosted price, even if I can't do the boost on my island. Between that and the unboosted chart on the wiki I should be able to get close enough to what I wanted.
I am regretting for not buying the Apoc's egg during BeB. Was about to send two Apoc to an exotic island, then I realized all those possible fails...Hic hiic The egg will have to wait.
Happy to say that I decided to send the two Apocs to the island, figured that it will be a quiet weekend, and I got the the egg on the second try

I am working on my "fourth to last" display egg, a Celtic, as it the only one left I can work on. I've got to wait until Feb, March and April to get those gemstone eggs and then will be all caught up, too. Just out of curiosity, did the sense of completion last long before the impatience for new goals set in?
There is always something to do. I thought I would have a crown by now, but I find I am in no hurry. Due to the "Poppy Rule" and with the new expanded hibernation cave, I have 3 of each dragon plus display eggs. I just tried for two of the gems - I guess I don't feel a sense of urgency.

Reading posts and visiting parks, I have notice several people who do not yet have Garnet. I just want to send out a special KOALA to all those still trying for Garnet, but also for Jet and Winter.
I got mine and my egg relatively quickly. Also sending Koala's to all those that still need them!

I was dreading trying for my Panlong egg, thinking that a Pan/Pan breeding would result in a ridiculous amount of non targets, but was shocked to discover that it was the Leap Year egg I should've been dreading! Pan/Pan only has 12 possible fails with 20% chance of target on the EBI. LY, on the other hand, has 93 (yes, NINETY THREE) possible fails and only a 15.6% chance on the EBI. On the bright side, Seasonal, Bronze, Silver and Gold (all of which I need) are all possible "fails" with the breeding, but I'll likely get those before I even attempt trying for the LY.
I read on the Friend Code thread that reikiquilter lost her park and had to start over. She's one of my friends that I used to regularly exchange gems with, and I wondered why she stopped gifting all of the sudden. Anyone know her new park's name or how I can find her? Would love to add her.

The amount of treats needed to level up a dragon from level 15 to 20 is 10,158,080 treats. If you use Beanstalks to grow your treats, it would take about 102 of them or 510 million DragonCash to crown a dragon at level 20.
Personally, I have 5 crowns. I think if I had too many, they would stop getting gold in the coliseum. I don't need the gems but I'm a hoarder.
Finally got my second winter, and am able to breed for the new darkies. Drift and Plasma have netted me two Flashes and one unknown (forgot to check the time, I hope it's ooze)

I am SO fed up of Mountain dragons. I've had a pair (Air/Ghost) in one cave since BEB ended trying to get a Winter dragon, and since I got my Jet egg a few days ago I've had both caves going for Winter. No sign of the Winter, but in the last three days alone I've had SIX Mountains, along with a couple of Snows and Glaciers. *whine*
In better news, I now have Kairos, and my Gemstone island looks more cheerful now that my Pearl has Garnet and Jet to keep her company.
I read on the Friend Code thread that reikiquilter lost her park and had to start over. She's one of my friends that I used to regularly exchange gems with, and I wondered why she stopped gifting all of the sudden. Anyone know her new park's name or how I can find her? Would love to add her.
Sadly, the reason reikiquilter had to start over is b/c she switched to an android device, and you can't exchange gems across platforms. I believe there is an exception to that rule if you are facebook friends. I haven't seen her around the forum recently. I hope that losing her old park and having to start over wasn't so discouraging that she lost interest in the game.

Sorry LSeven, I have no excelsheet for that. But have a look at this sheet. sheet This link was posted here in the forum some weeks ago ( so I think, the newest dragons are not in it ?) It leads to an excel sheet with several tabs. Under the tab " dragons " there are also the coins per minute for different levels. It might be a good basis for a new sheet. Just actualize the dragons and add the boosts.

I have had similar crashing issues, especially when gifting or collecting gems since the update.
I reached the stage a ways back where the game is a bit stagnant. There are little bursts of getting the newest dragon, then again just maintenance. I don't mind so much. It is less exciting, but also less stressful. I am crowning dragons for fun and something to do. I also don't feel guilty if I leave my park for a few days.

My smartphone crashes if I try to sell dragons out of my HC. No notification, it just goes black and back to my menu. I've rebooted, cleared the cache and need to try a re-install to see if it helps. Gifting is ok. But it's running painfully slowly since the update, and I cannot see the numbers clearly with the screen resolution. I have to look at every dragon to see what level it is!
Kindle park1: nearly all dragons are frolicking in their habitats! (A Thorny little problem to resolve...)
Smartphone park2: Geode, a dragon with rocks in! Still to breed 4 dragons...

I was getting the going black and back to the menu after anything I did after about two taps anywhere, so I certainly empathize, I have a ticket in with BFS to see what they say and expect an answer by tomorrow at the latest so if you don't get todays gem you at least know why. Have a great day.

Thanks to all those sending garnet koalas. I finally have my egg breeding in my cave. Still trying for that first seasonal, and will use both breeding spots for that until it's time to try for the Feb dragons.

Actually, my experience is that they stop working altogether once the magic smoke leaves the device. I have seen it happen many times. Usually when the smoke gets frightened by the big bad thunder god. I have never worked out why it doesn't just hunker down inside instead of trying to run away.

Being a ghost with no eyes, I can see why you would think you should hunker down, however it's hard to hunker when you have little to no mass and can't find a place to go to

I don't think you need to worry just yet. I have 19 crowns as well as several on the cusp in my big park. I still consistently get Gold in the Colosseum. It is quite a challenge. Each one takes a week to go from L19 to L20 and that's with me earning over 50M DC a day. I still have to breed most of the magic dragons ( still haven't called one "Puff" ) so that's where I am putting my effort in at the moment.
