I intends to make a pendant with mistletoe egg design. But i can't decide what to use as it base. Gold or platinum? Still undecided!

Agreed w/ waggintail...either one would be beautiful. I have always liked white gold or platinum though. Mistletoe egg, by far, is my favorite when I first saw the egg my thought was "ohh wow that design would be so pretty on a silk blouse."

If I see another Root dragon egg in my Nursery, I think I'm going to scream! Seriously, I've been trying for both Mirage and Shadow since their release, and 95% of my fails have been Root with the other 5% being Sand. This is insane!

I am cycling through the other possible combos. Once I have two plus egg for each of the four possibilities I move on to the next possible. I have air and water hybrids left to go. And a few where I got three of the four quickly. I will revisit them once I have exhausted the others.

I have all the other hybrids. Only need these two new ones and the Palladium and Promethium eggs. After those, I'm trying for my Pan, Leap Year and Seasonal eggs, then I'm done. May try for another Amethyst and Love to get my goal gem rewards, even though I already have 2 + egg for each.

Are you talking about the "torches" on the 4 corners? Mine are lit. Or is that a torch in the lower corner of the habitat?
Yes, in the front corner there is a plate with coal now. For (summer) Olympia it has been lit. I just realized that those Olympic fires didn't burn through the BEB event. Maybe because there is no associated limited dragon for Olympia ?

The official opening of the OG is tonight only, thus I assume the fires will be lit later today. They should stay until march 24 when the paraolympics end.

So trying for jet and amethyst since beginning of the month with an attempt or two at rose for a change up. fail fail fail fail. my son that little %&*&**&# goes ahead and gets an amethyst and then a rose boom boom.
last night i said no more fooling around- loaded up cave and island for amethyst. Last night 48 hr fail. this morning 28 hrs!
good news is woo hoo!!! bad news is i have nothing to do until tomorrow lunchtime. not complaining though.

Since the release of the dark and light opposites I've been constantly breeding for them ( with a little pushing with gems too). And the result : nada, niente, nix, nothing !!!
Snowy Olympus dragon is in the market for Droid, just not for iOS yet. They come in Bronze, Silver, and Gold varieties.
