First try for an Apocalypse was a Cactus fail... second one's a success! 16 hrs 9 mins! Third one is a 4 hour fail. I'll try again in 4 hours. In the meantime, I voted for the Leap Year Dragon (hope you do, too!). =) Koala to all!

Yay! I was so bored just feeding dragons, counting my millions, lol! The new habitats have invigorated my love for this game. I feel a little overwhelmed having to re-decorate all islands as a result with it coinciding with most of us busy in out own holiday-takeover habitats. And normally, I love the whole decorating, organizing thing! Still a little techno challenged-- the latest in trying to be a good FB buddy to DV and vote, but this attempt has had all of my "none FB" associated friends fall off one account completely, unless, it seems, I made the friend connection through FB and not, my good forum, GC steadies. Ugh! The ugliest: a long post of dragons me & Luke & Leon had come up with for the contests & fun, complete w/ our rendered sketchings. I suspect the attachment .pdf, JavaScript, and "The hey, I'm Apple!! I don't know what to do here", probably screamed out of this archaic iPhone 4, but here were two of ours if you can imagine: A draydel dragon, Mistletoe and a Menorah dragon. 1.) Draydel spun around and rewarded you and your friends in coins. Definitely Earthen, being clay like and all. Sort of sunburnt, clay pot colored. Leon says Crayola's Burnt Sienna is perfect description for you all. 2.) Mistletoe had big kissy lips with an available decoration you hang in the habitat, had that unmistakable Mistletoe leaf shape hoof & had this ridiculous collar w/ a harness that hung over it to mount the bowing obligatory "wreath" adorned;very Max from "Grinch Who Stole Xmas" fashion-- a goofy reindeer cousin of sorts. Light tan, green trim. 3.)Menorah- well he had a hothead, was short-tempered trying to hold all those horn-like candles on his head. He was purple. Can't think of one DV purple (or lilac shaded dragon) other than Butterfly...hmmm. No Kairos for any of us yet. I have 2 pieces remaining... So, in hopes of some resolve: ....shhhh!!! Don't tell Leon & Luke but, they're getting the new Ice Cream Sandwich Nextbook Tablets! Google it if you like! Sweeeeet!! Maybe a gift (little Bot, I mean bit) as I can't wait to see Dragons & Bots bustling out of my confined iPhone restraints!

Ouch, new dragon on a tuesday. I just put in solstice dragons to breed for filling the large star habitat.
Yyeah.. I have 2 golds (platinum fails), a moon (apocalypse fail).. And a Panlong egg in my nursery! I don't have many gems and am saving them. I messed up and hatched my turquoise #2 so I need that for display. Gotta save those gems just in case. SOOOO. I'll be hanging around watching what's going on.
But I have NO bloom!!!! What now besides copper and steel plus etc...
Paper + magnetic would work, but the basic set has shorter fails, unless you like seeing gold, forge, crystal, and scoria as additional potential long fails.
But also, Flower, Poison, Scorch, Firefly, Quake and Iron

I believe it's Mine+Cactus, but others are trying Lichen+Magnetic as well. Both are getting the Apocalypse though.

Conga rats, Fletch! When a dragon acquires coins in the arena, does it do so at its native rate or at its boosted rate? If it is the latter, would be funny if you had a boost mixup and owed coins after winning a gold medal!
And, Frizzlechicken, good to see the concern about street cred! Your very concern over it insures it against loss! Word!
Crowned my 3rd Dragon. Have all elements covered in the Colosseum now.
And yes, I called my Copper Dragon, "Copper"
Congratulations Fletch! I'm still working towards my gold shrine, I'm about 33/50 in most categories, so I'm just plugging away - maybe by the end of 2013 I'll be able to crown my beauties ;D
Awesome. New dragon one hour after I put in gold and platinum to try for my second platinum. Hatchery also tied up with some golds. Brilliant.
Patience is a virtue. Ur not going to stop breeding for fear of another dragon release. So relax. Got caught the same way...
