Does anyone know if the Sakura only has one combo? Tree/flower?
I'd like to say I found a great combo for trying to get several dragons at once.. Ironwood/Storm - you can get apocalypse, blue moon, leap yr, bloom, reindeer, silver, sun, moon, rainbow. So far I've gotten 2 bloom, and a leap yr from that combo, out of 6 tries..

Maybe I'll have to try tree and flower I really want the leap year dragon.

DV on Droid requires connection to Facebook friends.
Hmmm. I don't like having a ton of random friends on FB, but I hardly ever go on anyways. Guess it doesn't matter that much then. Do we have a thread for that?
Our Gem Exchange thread is being used for both iOS and Android. Just declare which system you are using and other members can PM each other with FB info for exchange. Hope you find some partners.
Is there any benefit to hatching the gift dragon? Since we can only have one I'm considering keeping it as the display egg
If you want a Santa Dragon, then yes, hatch it. I think it's a really cute addition but that's just personal preference. Don't know what he'd produce (since you can't have a second) but he is breedable with ordinary dragons.
Is it possible to Display it (thats not a dragon then Isn't it)? And buy one then?
And if you delete it, can you rebuy it?
I hatched mine, now the option in the market is blocked for me to get a second for an egg. Think it is either/or. Sorry, not willing to sell mine to test the rebuy option, but am pretty sure Fletch will be able to tell us for sure from his test account.

This month feels like the games climax, kind of like the final bursts at the fireworks show. Hopefully it's not just extended denouement moving forward. Sure is fun this month though.

I really hope you are wrong, Poppy. Surely, there are hundreds, or thousand, of people just beginning to play & we keep giving them ideas for expanding, extending, improving the game. Seems like it would be foolish for them to begin to end it. If that happens, I won't start another one. Well, unless everyone here migrates to the new one
I was only able to get one LYD last February. Disappointing, but didn't think it was THAT big a deal. Then... the display egg feature became available. Since I didn't have a breeding pair I couldn't get a LYD egg. I have all the others, but it had bugged me for months that I didn't that darn egg.
I was soooooo pleased with the "Bring 'em back" event so that I could finally get a LYD egg. Yippee! For several days I had a full set -- an adult and a display egg of everything.
Now, with the Gift Dragon and having to choose between hatched and egg, I will again no longer have a complete set.

I'm just speculating. I imagine that these games have a varying lifespan. I hope DV is something I can play with my grandkids. (hopefully my drool won't harm the iPad of the future).
