For the record, I don't change my numbers. Myke handles that sort of thing. As for what I should match, so the current debate is whether it should be the total number of gems offered, or the max gems offered to each position. I can see valid arguments to both those points. But what if it was taken an entirely different route with something akin to a pledge like so: 8+6+7+5+3+0+9
This would be a greater total (38), distribute gems to more winners, and also allow the dreaded 3rd position (not to mention lucky #7 - right ninjakiwi?) to receive some love as well. Just food for thought. Also, maybe the debaters should consider matching the offers they are backing (seems only right doesn't it) to makes teen more interesting. Muhahahahahahaha*cough*cough*cough*hahahahaha (Pneumonia is still roughing me up a bit)
I was considering matching your pledge for this last gemstone. However, I decided I would wait to see what it was first. Who knows, I might even top your pledge just so you have to go higher. At the rate things are going, I doubt that will happen.
I hope the pneumonia gets better soon.
Thanks wapa. I just love how many folks are bringing it hard for this diamond comp.
When entering GCID's, do caps matter? If they do, my GCID is incorrect on the OP since it should be all caps. If they don't matter, then don't worry about it and pretend I never posted this question.
I love my vine dragon avatar created by ElektronX. Now, if only BFS would add it to the game...

Have heard it makes no difference, but made the change anyway.
Pretty much Although, to me they sound much more like a donkey for some strange reason. {hee haw...hee haw} Oh, how this old age is killing me, think I need a snack
LC, I put you down for 10+10+10 because I like how it distributes the love evenly to the 3 "winners". No one can say that you aren't a man/boy/whatever of your word. Up to you if you want to change it to 12+6+3 or 12+10+10. Just edit the OP to match the generosity of your spirit.
I'm in . . . please put me down for 2 + 1. Fair warning though, diamond is my birthstone (as well as a girl's best friend ;-) and I WILL be grumpy if I don't lose early! :-p
Which reminds me; I need to check in on this month's competition.
It's pretty tight right now, with 3 participants going deep into the month without a sniff of Aquamarine yet. They could probly use a koala gem from you
Too bad I found the game and forum too late to have joined I Hate from the start.
Better late than never.
Started : Feb 15, 2013
Level 41
Working on: Carnival, missing Light and Dark dragons and all missing eggs
This month's achievements: Lapis and Aquamarine egg
This month's other "achievements" (aka fails) so far:
Too many to count :-(
My wife and son would like to sign up for the competition. I could create them logins for the forum but they wouldn't use them...
My wife's GID is LiveitupLiv My son's GID is bearcatranger
Please put them both down for one gem.
Thank you!
Hi Iseven,
No need for them to create an account they aren't going to use. But I will insist that you take point in all communications between your family and this forum. Which means, I'll be sending PMs to you on their behalf.
You know what record I don't want to break? Anuj's record for going 30 days without breeding the Ruby Dragon! Let's make sure none of the remaining Aquamarine players are still breeding on the last day.
LC has to change his numbers again. His is no longer the most generous offer. But here's a question...does he go with 12-6-3 to match the most generous overall offer or does he go 12-10-10 to match the most generous offer for each of the last 3 finishers?
