I grew very attached to the Evergreen avatar, which I sported for the better part of 8 months. When someone else with an Evergreen avatar makes a post, I have to check myself from blurting I DIDN'T SAY THAT!!
Objectively, I think this new avatar is all kinds of cool. It's quite epic, much like me. I really like that it is unique. And I hope that with time I'll come to like it more than Evergreen.
The new look reminds me of 'How to Train a Dragon'. One of Kiah's favorite movies ;D
And yes...I'll be signing up for the final 'I HATE' comp.

What a coincidence. I just got a tattoo of Toothless on my back. I had my youngest daughters name, Johrdyn, tattooed on his tail and he is holding the Pittsburg Steelers emblem in his claw. My daughter was born one hour after the Steelers won their 7th Superbowl. Steelers fan for 26 years now!

Just a quick reminder, but if the Metal+Air hybrid doesn't look like it will be released before April, please feel free to change your guesses before the Diamond combo is released.
I think it would be a great joke for BFS to require an as-of-yet unreleased hybrid dragon for Diamond so that people spend all day of the 1st trying for Diamond without the actual combo being available.

I'm not going to change mine now, because of the whole "sucking if I was right then changed it" thing, but Diamonds are made from Coal/Carbon/Plant life, so Ice + Tree would be another good choice imo.

I have been checking out some other places for suggestions as well under various reasons for the Diamond combo. Many people have seemed to favor: Forge, Obsidian, Scoria, and Lava because of the carbon theory as well.
For me, I like choosing my guesses according to the specific color of the gem. So far all gem dragons, except Topaz and maybe Turquoise, has had a parent with a near color/element of the actual gem hue itself. Also after seeing the following pattern from January-March's combos, they all seem to include the newest released dragon. I'll be waiting to see what BFS comes up for the last gem.
Is there still time to enter? If so can I go for Glacier and Malachite please. Am not actually expecting this to be right but it's more based on the elements that go into creating a diamond so is worth a guess.
