I created a new account this week and the DV117 and 2years codes both state that have both expired... Playing on iPod.

Btw - the Turkey code did work.

Maybe if you weren't playing at the time the codes were issued you can't claim the gems?

Weird - it worked for me with upper case P. I just tapped the letters in the box and the first was automatically token as capital.
I allways had the feeling that it doesn't matter if you use capital letters or not for the redeem code. TURKEY or turkey, either worked.
Maybe you've forgotten the plural s on the first try ?
