With the new month, comes a new installment of POTM. It works like this:
You find a post you like and you nominate it for Post of the Month. You do this by quoting the post and adding the comment "Post of the Month" or if you think you can't pull it off, simply "POTM". A Mod will move your POTM Reply to this thread. Conversely you can right click on the "Link to Post" at the bottom of each post
and Copy Link Location. Then post in this thread with "Post of the Month" (or "POTM" if you think you can), right click in the thread and Paste. You cannot nominate your own post ... I mean c'mon ... that's just really lame ... no matter how cool/funny/clever/poignant you think you were. Each post can only be nominated once. The first person to do so gets the nod. On December 1st (or thereabouts, I mean, we're all working folks here, well most of us) we'll make a Poll with all the nominated threads and everyone here will be invited to vote for their favourite thread. You'll have about a week to vote. So about the 7th of December we'll have a winner, or more accurately, two, because the original poster AND the person who nominated them wins. What do you win? Gems of course. And now Crystals. The mods will give a gem and a crystal (if they're playing Gizmonauts) to both of the people that win the poll.
So, to sum up. - Make good posts. - Nominate good posts. - Vote for posts. - Profit.
My little remembrance of this event. Will have to be revised once Dark arrives.
POTM...even though I didn't do much of that grinding. I was too busy trying to get zombie and other limiteds to breed plant dragons. I also didn't spend much time doing bushes. My preferred method was small plant habitats. I could continue working and just tap the screen several times every minute or so.
Time to vote for favorite POTM for November. You have 7 days to get your votes in.
'... overwhelming goodwill, and witty humour, profound grace and compassion blended with the spice of relentless taunts.'
