vonfirmath and Buffy, I know that GregDarcy's post was an explanation. However, I am just trying to help people get more gems in this crazy contest. Since he uses our pledges as an example of how a pledge works, I think one could argue the case that he was giving us his pledge. After all, he could have said, "Wapatango and I have pledged one gem to people still in the comp after the other person gets their first, and another gem to everyone still in the comp after our competitor gets a second. Wapatango has also pledged a third gem to everyone still in the comp after I get my third." Since he didn't, we should take that post as a changed pledge, especially when we know his competitive nature. He would never let me get ahead of him in pledge making. Thus, this an open and shut case... Don't you want me as your lawyer if you ever go to court?
It was a cunning plan to get you to pledge a fourth gem without my needing to increase my pledge. Shame it didn't work. But then that's what to expect of a cunning plan. I sould have made it a million to one chance instead. Much more likely to work out.
Yes, cunning plans don't work when you are dealing with cunning people. They see through your clever ploys and thwart them. I am very good at that. I have many talents: thwarting cunning plans, persuading people to make crazy pledges, encouraging dragons to come through for their owners. I have many more talents, but if I tell any more two things will happen. First, I will be bragging. Bragging is bad. Second, you will know all my talents which will make it harder to defend myself against your vicious and cunning attacks.

I've just sent a gem to kydolind and Skitch.
I decided to try for both a paper (I got only one during the last BEB) and my second leathery on the cave with ghost and love. First try with this combo was: my second leathery! I am always have more luck when trying for more than one dragon with a combo.

I understand the feeling, as I had the same situation a while ago on my main account. I have an even worse situation on a small account I am playing on Android. I got a Rainbow/moon this morning and tonight I got a DR. Oh well, just look at the DC I will be able to earn.

Managed to breed my 4th Rainbow/Moon this morning. I remember foolishly complaining because it took me months to breed my first Rainbow. Now they seem to adore me. I wonder if a reverse WHINE will work.
