What was the most efficient way of "wasting" gems?
From my calculations I can't get the final Dragonsai Bush reward WITHOUT spending $$. If I can use gems efficiently (except on double weekends where I will buy the big upgrades I have left), I can get that down to needing about 900 berries (which is affordable at $15 on a double weekend).

For those of you looking for Santa, click on one of the paths to edit it, as it makes the objects around transparent. Hopefully this will help you find Santa more easily Koala all! I had my game crash while collecting treats with Santa being "present" in the park.
When I came back he wasn't there, but after running the tallies I DID get credit for tapping him back to the stone age.

1:30 in the morning ... I managed to reach 241 berries and got the snowflake deco. Btw you can then buy more for 10 000 DC.
Now to the next hurdle ...

What was the most efficient way of "wasting" gems? Buy a giant habitat, sell the giant habitat. 15 gems → 25 berries |

The Lost Island (was that the egg one?) is 1500 gems. Such a dilemma! What should I use my gems for? - Island, Twilight Tower or speeding things up. Depends how many you have. If you only have enough for one, remember even a 1500 gem purchase will only get you 40 iceberries if they are important to you. For optimising berries, speed ups are the way to go. |

I read on the wiki that the finding "santa" refreshes every 1-1.5 hours. Has that been confirmed? I missed out on several berries opportunities due to my game updating and refreshing at the same time argh...

So far I've been gifted 40 berries along with the accompanying 4 gems. I wonder how that's going to work with double events. If we let our gifts sit until one happens and then collect them, will they be worth 20 berries each? |

In the sticked posts it says you're suppose to get berries for gifting gems... has anyone else had an issue with this?

And anyone know if dark/light rift's are breed-able?

Hey guys! I know it's been ages since I've been here, but the winter event dragged me out of hiding. Currently jobless, so plenty of time to hunt berries...
I noticed something when trying to find the Kloz (is that like the Fonz? Probably dating myself with that comparison!) Anyway, in my park he was on my lost island, but I had the portal "landlocked" behind the big egg deco and couldn't see him teleporting in. Once I moved the deco, I could see him, but he just kept appearing and disappearing.
But you can click on him when he's on the portal! So if you want to find him quicker, just landlock all your portals. Then you only have to look at the portal for each island - should be a lot quicker!

Ok so lets do some new math
# of berries
40 for eggs
40 for treats
40 for habitat collection
25 for the coliseum
24 for the clause
10 for visiting friends
So that's 179 easy to get berries now it gets tricky
60 more from getting gifts making it 239 with some friends
Next 40 for gems is 279 plus 10 for clearing means max 289 per day
Now 8160 is the cost for everything -50 for the tutorial is 8110
assume 2 double weekends for 6 days making the event 30 days idk who im quoting on that
8110/30 is 271 per day. So it's possible to get everything Without paying, just really really really really really really really really hard.
With 6 gifts a day no and no obstacles to clear if you spend 25 gems a days (one large habitat making it 15) on non double days and max on double days you will get the dragonsai thingy.
So total gems needed is 810.... Earning 12 a day during the event means you needed 522 gems minimum yesterday. Yay math. Do with this as you please. It gets more complicated if you can make the double weekends last 4 days but I'm not getting into that.
