Does the event end when you get the final reward? Or can you approach a limitless amount of treat reward, if you collected a theoretically endless amount of roses?
Traded roses for the first prize, place the bench, game crashes. I reloaded, and the bench is still there bit I missed out on getting the two gems from FB and Twitter.
First post. Been a long time lurker but this new event has me really confused.
I just bred a Snowflake 1 with Aurora and got a wisp dragon. I have no idea what I'm doing so im hoping you guys can do some testing and whatnot because you're the smart ones. The sandbox isn't updated to allow weird combos, it just says invalid.
Koala to all in this event!
Edit: Attempt #2 gave me cactus.

I think we are all confused about this new epic breeding. Only time and testing will tell what is going on. R0b0tr0n, who runs the sandbox voluntarily, is probably in the same state, and tearing his hair out into the bargain!
It is really useful to report what your experiences are with the breeding, as this is data that can be analysed.
My data contribution is as mixed as anyone else. In one park I don't know what's breeding since all the breeding guides are down, but I did put daydream and moonstruck in the new site on a different park and got moonstruck on the way...

Some things to add to our mix: -I haven't seen a repeat appearance from Gardenia either. -I got a Rose in the Whiteberry cave, on the 2nd try. -I have a DR from breeding a Victory with a DR in the Breeding cave. My wife got what I believe to be a Blue Moon from breeding a Blue Moon with a Leap Year in the Breeding island. -Gemstone dragons still don't breed (worth a shot, I thought!). -How do Android users add friends? My wife is on Android and could do with extra roses
Breeding Target: Ovalith. It's ALWAYS Ovalith! Hoarded gems as a safety net to ensure an Ovalith during BEB, but I'm not sure if I want to spend them: I think I want the thrill of breeding it! Gems wasted on speeding up Ovalith breeding/incubation: 2890

Android players have their parks connected to Facebook, so your wife will have to add other players as Facebook friends to exchange gems. We have an Android gem exchange thread here, so you and your wife can check it out!

And I'm going to confirm what Fletch has said, looks like the omnihabitat will be obtainable without paying money, though I'm forseeing the need to sepnd gems. This is asuuming 3 double days. Hope we get a double weekend!
Well, tonight, ie 5 hours after the event started i received roses from gems friends ad following: 10, 5,5,5,5 a total of 20 roses Thus, I do not think there is a max nbr, just like for the snowflakes in the previous event. Sorry to bring that line in your chart upside down!
Actually There WAS a maximum for the snowflake event. But it was quite high. Either 120 or 240. (I know 240 was involved but can't remember if that was during doubles) I hit it twice towards the end of the event, and BigZ, I think, admitted to hitting it quite regularly. I am guessing it will be the same for roses. I will even volunteer to be a guinea pig. Every one send me gifts NOW!!!

I found her glitching on a portal, stuck in place, constantly appearing and disappearing. Seems like she is just going to be found once every day for the 20 roses.
Magic tells me it's going to reset in 3 and a bit hours. That the same for everyone? Will miss out on my first Collosseum reward as it still has 4+ hours to go.

Assuming this event runs the way the others have, Yes we will all reset at the same time. The Colosseum is tricky as it is a 24Hr turnaround. You can only get it once a day and if, like me, you let it slip a bit each day, there is a good chance you will miss another cycle too. At least having a 23 hour buffer you should be able to handle a fair amount of slippage. Now why does that remind me of Connie Willis?
Again based on past experience, glitching on a portal happens if there is nowhere to go. Try putting some decorations and a few paths on that island so she has somewhere to walk.
