I definitely feel your pain. I have been there often. I remember that trying for Cyclops I got 6 or maybe it was 8 Platinum. Trying for one Jade, I managed 6 Summer dragons. And how can I forget my last Lapis, I bred 35 Crystal and 17 Olympus. I hope the DV wizards soon bless you with a Diamond.
In case BFS does something special for the meteor shower, I recommend everyone hold off on giving gifts until we know for sure tomorrow whether doubles are that something special.

Oh, wow. You do understand, don't you?! I lost count on the Lapis...tried all month, bought it on a deal later. Same for Lapis pedestal. Tried until it was about to expire, and then bought it. That one was very hard for me. Not unlike my non existent Ruby....

I actually went out last night for awhile to watch for meteors. I saw one meteor before the 40 degree temperatures mixed with strong wind drove me back inside. It took a lot of watching just to see the one, reminded me of looking for Star Dust.

I was wondering why sometimes i get a gem as a gift and sometimes i get food...does anyone know why? Thanks friends!
If someone earned the Goody's Treatery from the Seasons of Goodies event (the last prize), it allows you to gift up to three bunches of treats to your friends in addition to your gem gifts. The great thing is that your friends will receive event currencies for both the gem and treat. So if you're feeling extra generous to one of your friends, you can give them twice as many Stardust! Or you can choose to spread your Stardust givings to 9 or 10 friends instead of just 6 or 7.
Thanks! I never get enough things to get the final prize ... I didn't realize they did special things... Thought they were just decorations. I don't have very many friends so don't get many gifts. This is actually the first event i actually got any gifts. I need to make a better effort to read more of these posts only have my phone to play on and seems i always have low battery lol! I really appreciate all the people on here! Greatest forum EVER!!
Apparently Stardusts can appear right on top one another. I just found two in the exact same spot. I wish that would happen more often! It would make finding them a whole lot easier.

My chargers broken. Im going to my Dads tomorrow and he has a charger. I might be able to borrow one, but im not sure. Im not sure when i'll get a new charger either, it could be 3-14 days. :/

So far, in this event, I have found it extremely easy to find the stardust.,I normally put a whole round of 5 minute dragon treats and then I visit friends and search for the dust. Normally I finish with minutes to spare!
