I am really grateful, already enjoying reading the different threads here. Hope it flourishes. I think I was the first to see Poppy's first island message when the trouble started but was worried about posting too openly on the iPad forum so had to say about 'an old friend's former baby island' as it had got so hot and so many bans I didn't even know if I could mention him by name. Still, they could ban me for a month and I don't suppose it would have mattered

Saw that your post was edited by a Mod. Did you add anything else or was it just the This Thread is Closed that he's edited out?
I deleted everything and stated the thread was closed.
I guess they just edited that part out.
I told them to delete my account or I could just do something to get banned permanently. Either way I'm out!

KUDOS. I can't STAND overmoderated boards. I've been a part of them and it's AWFUL. I'm nowhere near a troublemaker, but it sure is AWFUL to have to read and reread your posts before you hit send for fear you are going to get cyber smacked upside the flashdrive and come away with a bruised memory board.

Agree!!!! Hope that there is room for another refugee here. Thanks to Tiffany for the PM. Although I never posted much on the other forum (wrong time of day or behind the curve) I did go in every day. The panic I felt when I saw it was pretty much dead was awful. The DV family is as important to me as the game itself I think.
Now happily back to breeding Blooms. Currently on 6/30.

I don't understand why he would need a proofreader. Wasn't the original post quoted a dozen times in that thread?
The "LOL" would get a warning. Giving him cut and paste instructions would get you banned for life.

Thanks so much to Tricia for the link. I'm so glad this board has been set up. I've been really busy with work so haven't been playing or reading much because the one thread over there got too hard to keep up with. A whole forum instead of just one thread, will make it easier to keep up :-)
