Merry Xmas to everyone on and around DV. I came back home just in tme this morning after celebrating with my little family. And now ...it is snowing ! Yeah.
Wow! Great park! 🤩 I really like the way you made the blocks look like stairs. And the thanks for watching at the end was clever. 😊

To all our DV friends, both old and new, the Lind family has again decided it is time for us to leave the game. This last year we have enjoyed being back, getting reacquainted with old friends and making new friends. But the issues that caused us to leave before are still there. We all have low RAM devices, with all their problems, and we have become burned out with the constant events. Between DV and real life, it has been a full and challenging year for us, with way too much going on. Instead of being a fun diversion, DV has become a chore. I wish that DECA would come up with a new model, so they could make money without all the events. I am thinking that they could offer something of value like maybe free Tolzar for a fee. Assuming the fee was reasonable, I would pay not to have to watch the ads, with all their problems, but those who didn't want to pay, or couldn't afford to pay, would still be able to play the game just the same, but they would have to actually watch the ads. Or, maybe an add-on that makes decorating easier. I also wish they could make it so you could turn off individual animations. Yes, the animations are wonderful, but having the choice between storing the decorations and turning off the animation, in most instances I would chose getting rid of the animations. Thank you all for a great year of DV.

Sorry to hear that you are leaving but understand fully. May blessings go with you and maybe one day you can/will return. You will be missed. Wishing you nothing but good things.🌹

Missing you, and yours, already. I'm confident our paths will cross again in the future.

Hear Hear! May 2021 bless y'all with happiness and joy. Take care and be well!
I need to buy a new car, this week, a compact suv type.
Does anyone know anything about the new Hyundai Tucson? I’m on a strict budget and their warranty is so much better that other companies.

LM, according to my mechanic, whom I very much trust, they have a good reputation. If you get one, be sure and tell me about it.
I took one for a test drive, it was decent but the seats were very firm. I don’t see it being very comfortable on a long drive, maybe if I upgrade to leather. It’s been 6 ish years since I’ve gone new car shopping, and that was for my son. My gosh, vehicle prices have gone up so much, it’s ridiculous! After the Tucson, I went across the road to look at a RAV4 🤑 🤯. I’ll keep you informed 👍🏻
congrats on getting your first covid vax! My dad got his from the VA also, his second dose is next week. He had no side effects at all, not even that bump at the injection site you get from the flu shot.

Thanks for the info. Here is Switzerland it is total cahos, organization by “Canton”. Similar to States. Not enough stocks, soon 3 different brands of vaccine, without different degrees of protection, the English one apparently not recommended for people over 65. BionTech/Pfizer said best one. Shortages of supplies. Over 75 first to be served (i am 73) others cannot even register. A mess, seeing that before mid year at least there will be no opening. So, wear a mask, social distancing, désinfectant, and hope you will escape the virus until you have access to protection. Plus the fact that friends tell mee their house doctor don’t recommend to get the shot, your don’t know the long time possible effects. Kidding? When you are over 70, long time like 10 or 15 years do not matter lol Luckily I don’t mind staying at home, besides RL friends with whom I communicate by phone, I have about 600 DV dragon friends !
