Once they were reintroduced as a bonus for Eldering a dragon, I blew through my entire treat stash and 3 billion in dragoncash just to level up a handful of dragons...entirely for the dubious privilege of chasing 5 or 6 flag bearers around the park every day. LOL I still like them better than hunting pumpkins, that's for sure.

Found all of mine earlier today. I've found that if I'm focused on finding pumpkins, I tend not to see flags, and vice versa. So I end up having to hunt for them separately, which is a little bit of a pain.

Yeah, they don't make faces at you! But they do seem to have another refresh time (not the same as the gifts).
At least I can say I'm getting my spare island cleared now. Finally.
(That's not entirely a good thing. Can you imagine if I were a kid and my mum wanted me to clean up my room and I asked for candy? Or a new dragon... )
Anyone know why I'm getting candy with gems/treats from some friends but not others? And yes, they have updated their games and the gifts were sent after the event started. It doesn't seem to make any sense.

I know that nobody has enough treats to buy the new dragons yet. (Well, most of us, probably.) But as soon as people are able to get the dragons, I'm really wondering about their breedability. As in, if I have X new dragon and a friend has Y new dragon, can I breed them together in the CBC to also get Y dragon? Or for all of them do they have to be X times X? I know this is a bit early to be asking the question, but I'm traveling for the entire month of October, and it's impossible to log in to my park enough to max out everyday, not just time wise, but also lack-of-internet-because-im-in-the-boonies-wise. I really want at least one of each dragon, but just don't think I'll be able to collect enough for them. So if I can breed even 1 that helps so much!

If anyone is trying for ghost, bone and nosteratu, a combo that has a chance at all three and has Arctic as the highest fail would be earth and frostfire or blue fire.

Challenge 3 had given me 50 candies but challenges 4 and 5 gave me 100 each. But ! i had closed the game with 1190 candies and now it shows 1154 ! And the missing candies were not added to my social stock pile where I had 36 candies (now 136 with the last challenge). I am upset !
This happened to me today, too. I took a screenshot (shows the tally of over max candies beside the too low amount transferred to savings) and sent a protest to BFS, requesting a return of candies. It's tough enough to get maxed out!

My challenge is that I'm not getting a lot of candy from hatching eggs. It's usually a good source of candy, but with these long fails for the new crystalline dragon, the sites and nursery are very slow to "process" eggs for hatching. 46 hour bronze fails and 48 hour rainbow fails = no candy for 2 cycles. On the brighter side, it gets me into all the lovely parks searching for hats ... These friends' parks are spectacular!
Go to baby parks bc it's faster to find hats lol I love seeing the amazing parks but have a hard time finding hats. I think we are friends re my baby park. If not feel free to add mine:)

It's my half year birthday this month so I bought myself a load of double candies yesterday and got myself a Trick, Ortreat & Lycan. I bred my Ortreat with someone else's Ortreat through cooperative breeding and got another Ortreat first try. This morning I tried my Lycan with another Lycan through cooperative breeding & I'm waiting to see if the 12hr breed time was a second Lycan, I'll see when the reset happens.
I don't know if anyone has been successful breeding a non-matching pair and got one of the new guys... I guess they will tell us here if they do.
Out of the 3 new dragons I have so far I love Ortreat, she's so cute! Trick looks cute until he pulls a face and then I don't like him quite so much, lol.

On third round of the event arena i suddenly discovered that the challenge combos are changing, unlike the faire where each section had allways the same combo, thus i got only 50 on that third challenge, meaning a few more plant eggs collecting ...
If you max out your tickets you can still spin the wheel? How did I not realize that?

You can't. You have to finagle your last spin so that you're at 999/1000 candies when you use it.

What are your user names for your other 2 parks? I'm going to play around and see if I can breed a new dragon without having one;
Skeeter, I don't spend money in the other parks so they don't have new ones yet, I have been breeding my other parks with my main one and no new ones have appeared yet. I'm not rush breeding though, so I have only tried a couple of times.
The Lycan cooperative breeding with another Lycan did indeed turn out to be another Lycan, hopefully that will be the case for the rest when I can find someone who is as crazy (& as impatient) as me to spend money, lol.

Noodles I have to say after checking out the new dragons you got.....I agree with you Ortreat is so cute but I really love Trick too!!!! I love the scary faces he pulls. Lol. Although personally the Lycan dragon doesn't do much for me. I'm kind of disappointed because I was really excited to get a werewolf dragon but now....meh!
