I caved and traded some gems for 1,000,000 in dragon cash because otherwise I was stuck with the tiny habitats and couldn't put enough dragons in them to get ahead. If it was too easy before and they adjusted it to make it harder, I think they went too far in the other direction. I'm wondering if I should just ignore the airship so I can level up my dragons.
It's just decoration and bragging rights. It's something you can do.

Funny; I hadn't even considered starting a pedestal collection. I've sold off several paradise dragons because right now I don't want duplicates. I should be saving pedestals. I started my original Dragonvale pedestal collection at about level 40 and had to play catch-up. This time I can start from the beginning.

Hey I am trying to get answers on this game and not even support has emailed me back, why has iOS not been updated at all like android has? Now I can not play my games from android due to iOS has older version, why is it not supporting my Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1" at all graphics are all bad, it is playable, but I want my games back on mu iOS iPad Air 2 and the button to play old profile doses not work. Hi cynthiaavey, unfortunately we don't know when BFS will be updating DragonVale World for iOS. You'll just have to keep an eye on the App Store for updates and try playing on your Galaxy Tab in the meantime. :/

Quick question: Since AvFire can live in air habitats, could you also put an AvRainbow in an air habitat?
I have bred one each of thr Rainbow variants and yes, they can each live in the variant habitat. Until BFS allows an upgade to the Rainbow habitat to hold more dragons, it does not make sense to have five Rainbow habitats just to house all the variants.

That is for DragonVale though, not DragonVale World, which is transferable, except when (as is the case now) they update one version and not the other.
It's also not quite understandable, in my opinion, you can certainly *visit* an iOS park from an Android device, if you are FB friends, so the park data can't be that different. Though there are obviously some management decisions to be made in the background, the technical difficulties do not appear to be un-surmountable.

What I want to know is, how do people Eddie what to keep, I now have all the non location variants, and all the non variant location dragons for Jungle and Cavern, and a couple of variants there. I've just unlocked Desert, but obviously, we don't have the space to keep one of everything. So, how do you decide what to keep?

Do you know that you can store dragons in the jungle, cavern, desert and glimmerverse in the world map? When you store the dragons you can send them with the airship and I think they can gather but not breed. I try to keep the ones who's giving most dragon cash in the park.
I haven't been systematic in breeding to get variants. When I got all of the epics I think I'll try harder to get all variants.

Yes, it's been working ok so far, and I have these variants: FireFv, EarthFv, WaterFv, AirFv, CavernFv, FireEv, EarthEv, WaterEv, AirEv, CavernEv, FireWv, EarthWv, WaterWv, AirWv, FireAv, EarthAv, AirAv, CanopyAv
I have 8 large habitats so far, but only 2 location slots.

Yet on the guild tab it shows I'm in your guild. Am I in the guild? And if you told me to request to join, why are you rejecting me? My park name is the same as my forum name. Thanks.

Thanks Mr. Bones! It was confusing to see three rejections in my game when it looked like I was accepted. But now that I look closer, there are names on the rejections other than the person who did the rejecting. Hopefully backflip will change that so the only person who sees the rejection is the one being rejected. It would keep players like me from scratching their heads.
