I had that last weekend, with a Totem dragon as final reward. This weekend my goal is to collect DragonCash. I'm thinking these are probably the personalised events the update info was referring to.
It'll be a bit hard for me to start on this goal of collecting DragonCash, since my bank is already way past maximum. Trying to spend as much as I can...

Once it leaves, we have some important science to do. First, does epic cloning with expired dragons work like it does in DragonVale 1? And second, can you breed enchanted versions of expired dragons?

People have bred it with Earth + Fire Mr Bones for one, I believe.

When you click on the Event Timer it does appear that you earn rewards by collecting food but my progress bar moves by feeding the food to dragons. The best bang for your buck is feeding up Wisteria and Deadwood. The great amount of food required to level them up really moves the progress bar and you are rewarding with more daily Gems. I have mine just past Level 11.

Original research. I suspected it was Earth + Fire and just tried that combo a couple times, and it worked.
All the other Ancient epics have combos of Earth + something else, so I thought Hieroglyph might be the same. I could rule out Air and Fairy thanks to the low-level parks being able to see Hieroglyph without having these elements unlocked. Frozen already breeds Totem, so that leaves Water, Fire, or Jungle.

Same here, except I got a Rainbow Dragon for the feeding quest. I was quite happy with that because it was my first epic.
No idea what I'm going to get on the DragonCash quest because there's no way I'll even come close to the goal.
The personal events seem pretty busted and impossible.
It wants me to collect 10.5 million DC from habitats. The event ends in a couple hours, and I'm at 3 million right now.
The previous event (feed 500k treats) would have been the same, had I not started with a million treats in the bank. I had to feed away half of that at level 10. Completely impossible for normal players who don't start with tons of resources.

Luckily, I've kept everything in my new template, so updating that info is a piece of cake. Will have a look at that later to update the breed times post.

My Fairy egg was all white one time and now it's back.
Never mind the flags (well no, I want them too) but what about the paths? I'm using them around my egg display, and whilst we have Jungle, Fire, Earth, Frozen and Water (and Ancient and Sunken) where's my Fairy and Air paths. I realise Air paths might be a little counter intuitive, but still!
Also, I can't see all the dragon info anymore to update the times. I can check out the dragons I have bred in the habitats or Dragonarium, but I can't check breed times for dragons I don't have yet. That's annoying whilst trying to update the breed time thread.
Ok thanks! I hope you can't visit mine, I have a whole island with mixed eggs in no order. There's no decoration, just a mess. My plan was to sell them when my bank isn't full. Will see what I do when I've got all dragons. That's my first goal. Maybe I do a fine park later. In my inbox, there's only a message that I have to connect to Facebook but I'm afraid of connecting with Facebook if they post anything in my name. But it would be nice to see other parks.
Do anybody know max level for habitats (except rainbow, ancient and sunken) and how many dragons can live there? I've only get to the level that you can pay with dragon cash.
My event this weekend is double XP for airship supplies. 3 completed airships for DragonCash, 7 completed airships for 25 gems, and who knows how many for a mystery dragon. Probably 15 or 20.
Now, this is obviously impossible to do in 72 hours unless you expend a lot of gems. For some reason, I really dislike having these impossible goals dangled in front of me. I would prefer a difficult goal that's actually possible, but it rewards a random rare or an enchanted common instead of epics.
