Happened to me too. Updated the game and kept getting the error message. It absolutely would not let me back in no matter how many times I tried. I uninstalled the game figuring I would download it again but this time from the US store instead of Singapore but it is not showing up in the App Store for Mac.
Sorry to all my Gem trading buddies! Not sure when/if I'll be back.

I have tried quite a few times, but the message remains. Connecting to FB did not make any difference and now I know I do not even have to try uninstalling the game. So Cyn and I are in the same boat I guess. We'l just have to wait it out and see if anything happens, but it seems this is the end of the line for me (for now )

yes, I am still waiting for their reply. I'll let you know if/when they come up with a solution of course.
It is cool that they released it to Canada, but given the success of DragonVale in North America it would have been cool to see it released to both at the same time. Perhaps it is coming soon world wide.

Just over a day since the reset, and I'm currently at L25, with all habitats upgraded to the maximum level I can, 2 gemstone dragons, 5 epic dragons, 6M DC and I still have 66,000 gems.

Still no luck getting back in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, cleared caches, powered on and off and no luck. It is not recognizing my profile whether I am signed into the account Fletch_smf set up which I used to sign up for the game or my own GameCenter account. (I was always able to access the game through either one.)
I am on an iPad Pro, not sure if that is the problem. I am hoping that if they roll out US iOS next week that if I download the game again it might then recognize my id. When I try to email BFS with the support link, the only info filled in is my machine number and it says it does not recognize anything else about my account. I think a dragon ate me.

No dragon would have the guts to eat you cyn, lol!
Just email support and if they handle your case as they did mine, they will help you out -I am sure of it. I think our situations when it comes to recognizing profles and such are very similar and if they can help me out, they can certainly help you out. Don't give up just yet!

460.000+ gems and 280.000.000 cash holy moly! But then again I'm glad for a reset the game went a bit stale for me as it where. Got up to level 45 quite quickly during today from just clearing, buying stuff and feeding the two gem dragons. The latter really helped in leveling up quite a bit.
And oh I got a totem dragon from breeding frozen x earth in the epic breeding cave if anyone wants to know the combo.
I hope they redesign the Dragonarium again before release because it's really tedious to look up dragons right now. Since location elements are gone, it makes no sense to group them by primary element. Nobody cares about that.
If I want to check whether I have any Jungle/Earth hybrid, I basically have to check every single collection. Just checking Jungle and Earth isn't even enough because there's 3-element dragons.
Cinder has Jungle/Earth, and that's in the Fire collection.

I'm at L50 with 33/38 habitats, there should be enough room to have 1 normal and 1 Enchanted dragon of each type.

Also, does anyone know the market prices for the different kinds of artifacts? I know the Pitcher flies can be sold for 50k-250k, and the Gulch rocks for 100k-1m.
