With today's 1000 eggs collected, that leaves 6000 eggs left to collect from your bank right? Plus BFS's generous gift due to the glitch, I'm sitting on 2189 eggs left after buying everything I needed, plus the next few days equals 8189 eggs that.... I don't really know what to do with. Hmmm.
My plan was to buy another Mono6 dragon to get the egg pedestal, but you can't do that with event dragons you buy since they go straight into the habitat. The only chrysalis dragon I can afford with that is Duskwing, which I already have 2 hatched and therefore don't need. Either I just buy a few more decorations or another theme with the extra eggs and then let the rest go to treats, or I slip BFS a little money using an itunes giftcard I got for Christmas, and buy enough eggs to go ahead and get another Chrysalis dragon so I don't have to breed a second.
Decisions decisions... too bad Quartz or Tempest isn't available, no luck on either of them!

I'm half tempted to buy 3 Monolith 6s and turn 1 into a pedestal just so that I don't have to keep breeding for it. But what if BFS launches yet another Monolith? The thought makes me shudder.

How do you turn one Mono 6 to pedestal, rion?
I am only missing Mono 6 egg, and currently breeding for it in all sites.
In the CBC, is it best to co op breed Mono 6 + Mono 6, or Mono 1 + Mono 2?

Is my understanding correct? Regardless of how many Magic Eggs we have accumulated from our friends, banking, and from BFS, we are able to only draw 1,000 for 7 days, beginning today (Tuesday). The last day to withdraw 1,000 will be Monday April 11. After the close, any remaining ME will be converted to treats. Did I get it right? If so, I'm going to whine...I wish BFS had dumped the 1,000 into our total, not the bank, so it could be spent on a prize.

Wow, a whole song - that's impressive! I usually get stuck with one or two lines of a modified song repeating over and over in a loop while I'm searching for eggs. During this event, the muzak demons invaded my head with: "This is the dawning of the egg of Burcadia, egg of Burcadia, BURCADIAH-H! BURCADIAH-H-H!" Where is an exorcist when you need one.

Thanks for all the info! I'm not sure how much I'll be able to do on this one given the state of my eyes. (Second surgery is this coming Monday... still don't have the right glasses lens for the fixed eye.)
Any idea if (or how many times) we can do the drop game if we start when we're close to the max number of eggs?

Did anyone else find themselves logging in every couple of hours today - even though you don't need to anymore?
I feel like an addict going through withdrawal.
I keep thinking I need to be doing something. It was a relief to finally tend to the colosseum for something to do. Yep, in withdrawal....
I've only been playing since the end of January - how long does it take for the obsessiveness to go away?
I know the game is designed to keep you coming back, the anticipation every time you hit the breed button, the thrill when you realize the egg breeding is the one you were trying for, the feeling of disappointment when it's another tree or mountain, thinking it will be different the next time. OMG, I really am addicted!
Buy one of the last two dragons, plus either the theme, gemstone habitat, or a habitat (mono or 2nd chrysalis)... or buy Mono 6, theme, gem habitat AND mono habitat.
It's a tough choice... two things vs four...
i say go for the latter. You can coop the remaining chrysalises but mono 6 is very hard to breed (although I did manage to breed one on my own thankfully with mono 1 + mono 2). The habitats don't count toward your max and you never know when you'd be able to get them again.

Not me. I felt so relieved there was nothing else to do that I went straight to bed. But that's because I actually lose sleep in the course of events - reset is at 7 pm here.

Thanks. I just woke up and thought the same thing. Plus that gemstone reward habitat counted in last event too, so it may give me a one up on the next one... Plus, who wouldn't want more? I have a full chrysalis habitat, just not all the dragons, and only have one mono...

Why not get an additional Ovalith that will generate gems?!
The extra thousand eggs helped me to not only get the Relic in one of my baby parks, but to get me feeling happier about this event. I must admit that I can't believe that I was able to breed 4/5 Chrysali in just over a week. And that makes my reward Ovalith feel even more hard-earned. She does indeed look beautiful!
Breeding Target: Ovalith. It's ALWAYS Ovalith! Hoarded gems as a safety net to ensure an Ovalith during BEB, but I'm not sure if I want to spend them: I think I want the thrill of breeding it! Gems wasted on speeding up Ovalith breeding/incubation: 2890
