Looking for opinions! I have all of the chrysalis dragons, 3 aura dragons, 4 ornamental dragons, and 2 of the 5 new epic olympus dragons from the prize tiers. I am trying to decide if i should use my rings to get the 2 missing aura dragons (delight and ire), or if i should instead use the rings to get the thunderbolt olympus dragon. I know this is largely a matter of preference, but i am asking in hopes of hearing some cloning feedback on these choices. I was originally not going to buy any more olympus dragons since i could get more aura/ornamental for the price and i have friends with all of the event dragons I'm missing so i can clone any i dont have. But after seeing that 3 of the 7 fail possibilities for cloning a thunderbolt (when using the recommended gold/silver/bronze olympus to breed with) are gold silver or bronze olympus dragons, I'm starting to second guess that choice. I dont want to be frustrated with one horrifically long olympus fail after the other trying to get thunderbolt. That being said, it has seemed like the olympus dragons may be easier to clone than the aura dragons. I'm very torn and would welcome any opinions based on others' cloning experiences, especially with thunderbolt!
I need help... So should I collect the extra thousand rings today I have stored in my gifts? Is it a thousand a day you can collect? Will it only take a thousand if I have more stored gor that friend? Thanks! 😍
The game said all rings in my gifts have been added to my total...but I still have thousands of rings in gifts. I know I can collect 1,000 of them each day but do the rest go to waste at the end?

I have managed to clone 2nd of Delight and Ire during the course of this event -- albeit it was not in the co-op. I'd probably go for two dragons over 1.

It is one thousand a day, like the regular cap. Yes it will only take one thousand if you have more stored from a friend, and it will move the remainder from that friend to the backflip gift/bank. Just a warning, i took from a gift that was over 1,000 rings and it seemed like the extra over the thousand disappeared. After i restarted the game, however, it showed up in my backflip gift/bank. So dont panic if this happens!
Holy cow... er, dragons! I think you just convinced me not to buy doubles either. After I buy everything I'm missing, I'll end up with 63.5K rings left over... That has the potential to be a -lot- of treats.
I'm not worried about that - it'd take me 2 days to eat through the "small accounts" in my bank. I'm not even finishing the larger accounts or touching the BFS Trust Fund. (Dragon Treat Trust Fund?)
I'm so sad! I thought we had till the 14th till it ended abd didn't claim my free dragons from the gifts and now they are gone... I'm literally sick to my stomach. 😳
I'm so sorry! I hadn't even thought about the fact that the island goes away meant the reward calendar did too! I could have easily lost my house dragon because I just claimed it this past weekend when I had a chance to sit down and think about it.

Hello all! I have a problem...I unlocked all the prize tiers during the event, but my husband did not,and now he is still locked out from the prizes for which he has been hoarding rings. Shouldn't all the tiers be open now? Please help...don't want a cranky husband! Thanks!

Nope, sorry, all the prize levels don't open at the end of the event. You still have to acquire the necessary # of prizes to unlock a level.

I thought i did also but they will put them in his gifts... I would have preferred to pick my dragon but too happy i didn't loose them to care! 😊

Also, I've been reading through most of the posts here. I does appear to me that the new dragons that are being released w/ 3 heads is not a coincidence. I think that DragonVale right now is on version 2. This might be a way of indicating that version 3 of DragonVale is about to come out.
I just wanted to thank murst one more time for this very helpful tool that he created. It's made those last few decisions on what prizes to claim so much easier.
On the flipside, you're paying a lot of treats for that convenience if you have a level 80 park. Buying a Stygian costs 7775 rings, which would be 13,831,803 treats if converted, or about 692 million DC's worth.
Some pricey dragons if you think about it!

I am going to buy Stygian and Thunderbold . I have failed miserably in breeding these event dragons. I feel defeated!!! One way for me to redeem my success of failure is not to breed anymore dragons. hehhehh
I dont have everything, but I have the decorations, buildings, habitats that I like, and want; simply very happy w/ that. My goal is to have 2 + egg, so now I am just fulfiling that goal.

Oh no how awful. I understand some of what u feel tho. My hubby was.taking g care of my kids park for them and they too had been saving the dragon gifts. Well my husband opened one. And to make it worse he picked mountain sun which was the onethey already had from picking that house. So mad. Esp since they were so far from opening so many levels and picking one would have been one less thing to buy to open.
if if you both like I can put my very virile Thunderbolt twin up. He has got me another 3 or 4 twins. This way you can try to get one before the event truly ends and hopefully save your rings.

If we were rationed during the game I can understand, but now. We have worked, whined and done all sorts of suffering - Why do BFS have to be that cruel or even .....
