Nice. 18 days means it's not too long, none of the dragons are epic or breedable so they don't monopolize your breeding caves, and you can get the most expensive one for free on day 18.

The Nosferatu seems to be breedable, though, if the Dragonarium is anything to do by.
Though, was it established last event if Rainbow dragons, like the Leap year who contribute all elements to breeding, make the Coluseum/Mausoleum easier?

Well, I'm not terribly happy about being up at 2:30AM (Japan time), but if I HAVE to be up now, at least I got the start of the event for once instead of hitting the forum after everything's been figured out! Silver lining and all that... *yawn*
So, anyway, finding not just the pumpkins like usual, but also Whitbee as well. Interestingly, he started out his event spiel with "hello Hidden Bolt alumnus"... I wonder if that changes anything? I'll have to check my baby parks later to see...

Did he give you 150 candies to start with? Usually you get 150, but I only got 100 this time around, and I was in Mountain Sun.
So I ran some quick calculations in my 'event' spreadsheet. The event is through Nov 2nd, and I'm guessing we get 1 weekend of double days. You also get one dragon free at the end, presumably the most expensive if you like to min/max. If you already have all of the prior dragons and decorations, you'll only need to bank a little under 2k to get everything new. What that tells me is that they're going to be a limited time dragon/deco sometime during the event, or this is by far the most generous event they've done.
Maybe it's because they're all non epic, meaning in order to get a second and egg you either need to buy 2 or need to get lucky with co-op.

This is my first time taking part in the Candy Bash, and I'm loving this so much! The spooky background with the moon and bats are beautiful. And the lamps in my park are glowing. Bonus points for that nice little touch. I even bought a few more lamps to light the way now that the park has been shrouded in darkness.
I'm currently trying to breed a bone dragon. Got an eight hour timer on my first try so no luck yet. But I'm going to keep trying.

If I haven't got any of the previous dragons, do I still get to breed to Bone, Ghost and Nosferatu dragon? This is my first time doing the event, sorry in advance for the various silly questions I may ask.
Anybody else keep having their 'Lightning Dragon hit the server room' or is it just my park?
So far I have found 2 big eyed pumpkins for 10 candies each, 1 apple shaped pumpkin at 30 candies, and 1 pear shaped pumpkin with vine and I missed the candies.
This is a bad timing for me... I'm going to China and Vietnam soon, and DV won't load in China at all (I suspect they banned the server that DV is on). I suspect Vietnam won't be any better. So I will miss most of the new dragons. I don't know how to get them again, since they are not epics. Maybe I should hire a dragon sitter :/

Totally breedable for you. Go to THE SANDBOX and choose 'Combo Finder' then use the dropdown box to find the dragon. It will give you the shortest fails at the top of the list.

Ugh.... so I just collected my gifts as usual... Was wondering how my candy total was getting higher than I expected... At least I hadn't gotten all the gifts I usually get yet, so I'll have some to bank for today.... I remembered to do the rest of the stuff. Leave my finished eggs in the nursery so I'll get candy for them, wait till the reset to finish the coliseum. Oh well...
I did check help, and daily limits apply for banked candy, and seven days to grab them. So we are limited to the 7,000 again. Hopefully, that means I won't miss these gathered gifts as much!
