Wow. Congrats! If I were to buy enough Etherium from the market to equal that, it'd cost over £5000. That's the same cost as 185,000 gems.
Etherium pricing is pretty crazy. Thinking about it, I make something like £15 worth of Etherium an hour. That's over twice the UK minimum wage. I guess the costs may make sense for a beginner to the Rift but there no scaling and it begins to get out of control pretty quickly.

Yeah, I have about 350,000 E - without having a Spore army to help :-) Even so, I would be glad if nothing at all happened in DV for a few weeks. I really want to 'play normally ' for a bit.

EDIT: I bought 2 gemstone eggs, and I got an Aquamarine twin and a Topaz twin, both of which I needed. Then I bought a standard egg and got a Twin Fire-traited Tree(!).

Yes. You can see that some Rift symbols are gold, meaning that I have that traited pedestal, and some are grayed out, meaning I do not yet have the traited pedestal, and some have No Rift symbol.
So: when I look up Fire in dragonarium, then select flower, its trait sign is greyed out, but I have a plant- trait flower, and if I toggle the rift sign, it shows. So then I go to Plant, look up flower, and the rift sign is still greyed out, but if I toggle it, it shows as plant..... I'm still confused as to how the dragonarium shows us what we've got, without toggling every traitable dragon ( sorry to be so dense, it's the miasmic ether clouds, I swear 😨

When I took the pic of my Dragonarium's Pedestal listing I noticed that the Rift symbol was golden for the pedestals that I had. I/we assumed that it would be true for the dragons as well.
But, Noooooooooooo!!!!!!
However, if we all whinge to BFS about it, maybe they can fix it!!

I've read somewhere that the Rift symbol goes golden for dragons when you collect all the traits available for them. koala with that ! :-)

In my experience, hoarding often pays off. I want to build a huge buffer of etherium before I start spending it.
One example is when Fiery Figs were first released. Nobody saw it coming, but I was pretty happy because I had 18 billion DC saved up for no particular reason. Paid off in a huge way.
Also, I guess I only have 18 twins left, so mystery eggs aren't that likely to give me something good.

no fire at all. BUT good news! I didn't even think my post was considered a whine, but I got my fire traited dodo today! After fail after fail of using fire rift + (earth trait) sandstorm, I switched up to both fire traited blazing + lava and WHAM! Fire dodo. Now I'm trying the combo for viridian since I unlocked the light trait for my malachite yesterday (good thing I did!).
And I see I'm just in time to not get any fire anyways with the Om of Noms starting tomorrow 😒 and I'm sure at least one new dragon with accompany the event. 💁♂️ Oh well. Ya win some, ya lose some.

Well congratulations on the Dodo. And wow, yeah, Om of Noms starting tomorrow? That's really early. It started on the 25th first time round and the 22nd the second. Think it may have gotten a promotion to a full event? If it's new event dragons it won't be too bad to get back to blue fire after the event... It's not like they're releasing two new ultra rare Rift dragons needing oh, let's say Dark Sandstorm + Water Frostfire and Lightning Ironwood + Cold Current or anything. And this is definitely not giving them ideas and I should absolutely be allowed to continue posting.
Well, for all those wondering, I can confirm cloning works in the rift for even alignment specific dragons. My secondary park just bred a second Frostfluff using Frostfluff + Light Rift, and the alignment was lightning. So it works!

Er, sorry my bad. In my excitement, I missed to mention that you need to complete the collection of all normal dragons,rifts included. So to requote my last post: "Incomplete collection of TWIN rift dragons doesn't affect blue fire".

Doesn't matter because - update - I GOT VIRIDIAN!!! While I'll only have blue fire for a day, I got it back! And that means no matter what comes tomorrow for the Om of Noms, I'll be way better off than before. The update said 4 new dragons, but I wouldn't put it past BFS to do a surprise weekend limited dragon or a new rift dragon even, so I'm very glad I just bred Viridian.
