Well there had to be at least one epic fail. Because after all what event doesn't have one of those

"I can't believe I did that 🤦🏻‍♀️ Moments!"

This events moment for me was merrily going into my park collecting and getting ready for another happy day of breeding for.......
Oh NOOOOOOO!!!! I forgot to get the Nesting before time ran out!!!!!  Looked at it last night and figured "Oh, I still have tomorrow morning before reset for another try. Lots of time...." 

Never ever again. The night before it is BOUGHT!! Well on an up note at least Bring em back is literally around the corner. 😅

Let's posit that I have two Rift traited Ghost dragons. Do you think I will be able to breed them to get a rift traited Ghost pedestal AFTER the limited spooky riftiness finishes?

I hope so! In the Rift I now have 2 Bog's, 2 Ghost's, 2 Nosferatu's, and 2 Ortreat's, but no pedestal for any of them. I will start trying for the pedestals tomorrow by breeding the 2 same together, but may not get all pedestals before the limited spookies expire.

You might have noticed that my "real annoyance post" from a few days ago paid off, with the subsequent arrival of 2 Rift Nosferatu's plus the bonus of a 2nd Bog and my first Rift Lycan.

Yeah, cloning works in the rift. I got an Antumbra from breeding Antumbra + something else while the rift wasn't earth-aligned. Also got Plant Rift from Plant Rift + Fire Rift on day 1.

I don't think my park knows it's Halloween.

- No rift Spooky for the last one week and I've still got 4 more to go
- None of the event dragons but back to back and consecutive Permafrost (18-hours) or Arctic (22-hours) fails
- No success at Nestling with 2 24-hour fakes from Decay

This is ridiculously absurd.

I'd say at this point my baby park is winning the battle for variety if not for total.  I'd sure like to get a Lycan before it's too late.  (Amazingly, I was offered a Lycan rift in all three Vales!!!)

I got my rift Nosferatu (albeit it was at 3 am my time) but my Twilight Tower was set to Nightfall.
Then I bred my rift Decay and Cold Rift with the same setting, but it was during the afternoon, and I got a second rift Nosferatu.

nope! That one can be bred at any point in the day. I recommend going with one parent as a primary Rift that you have a high level of, and the other a hybrid (for me, I got it with my level 19 lightning rift + rift evergreen) and I gotta say, rift Lycan with a lightning trait looks sooo cool! Other traits that I think look cool on it are cold, air, and dark. koala!

For me this moment occurred when I was trying for a Lycan and said aloud, "Give me Lycan!"

the same exact thing happened to me, and I thought the rift was really pulling some pranks on me when I was initially trying for a rift Decay and said, "ok, give me a Decay" - and it proceeded to give me 2-3 non rift decays.
Lol I guess we really gotta be more specific.

Thankfully I managed to get rift versions of all the spooky dragons, most have 2, and I just need 2 or 3 spooky rift egg pedestals to finish the collection. That, along with getting Frostfluff today, and Gargoyle & spirit via the CBC, makes up for having to buy nesting.

I've done fairly well this event, so I'm glad I can resume my quest in getting the remaining rift dragons that I need - just zaffer and viridian. And of course rift pedestals, I'm behind on getting those.

We must have the same parks lol I’ve had to buy the new dragons lol I still need Oni but am not crossing my fingers that I will breed it in coop. Lol I NEVER do well during events but this is the worst I’ve ever done.

After spending lots of diamonds, as well as E plus some midnight chanting I got myself a distant cousin of cousin It. Yay for nesting!!!

But I still have not been able to breed the rest of the new spookies!!
Please Oni, Dracabra, Gargoyle, and Spirit come to my park!!! Your habitat is all ready for you!!!! I have lots of treats waiting just for you!!!!
Please Spectre, Ghost, Bog, and L-Y-C-A-N please come to me in your Rifted form!!!!!

Final daily reward, drum roll.....Well that's a 'bah humbug' ending to the Event: not a new dragon choice, old dragons; I have multiples of all the dragons on offer, twins of all, pedestals ( after months of hard work) of all...what to do what to do,
If I don't collect it, I wonder what will will happen? Will BFS select a rift version? Hmmmm🤔🤔🤔

Apparently to be offered a rifted version, you don't need a twin and a normal one after all. Maybe we were mistaken or they just changed it.



As you can see by the blue corner, my half-ass park has 2 twin Ghosts and no normal version, yet I was offered a rift version.

I am about to waste my entire whining on Rift Nosferatu and after that's over, I will choose Rift Bog.

If all that fails, I will feast on Spooky Mystery Eggs until a Twin Nosferatu is picked and then I'll pick on traited Nosferatu and tr my last minute on Bog.
If all that fails, also fails, then I have no choice but to spend on the rare Mystery Egg and the rift market, and flaillessy hope for either these two someday...

I want Rift Nosferatu so bad... why it won't be bred.

Just need a twin to be offered the twin rift. I had one of all and only the ones I had twins of I got offered twin rifties. And of course I don't have a twin L-Y-C-A-N so I I got a twin rift Bog.
