Regarding Friend glitches: has anyone received word from BFS as to why some friends on our lists are blacked out for gift-giving? (ie, we can't return gems or food).
the rumor mill has been saying that when people buy that new gift sugar shack, it causes problems others gifting you. Not a fun side effect. I really hope this gets resolved quickly.

I bought it early on, and have been experiencing no hassles at all with using it to gift and receiving gifts from additional folk

and you have an Apple device with both Game Center and Facebook friends? What iOS are you running? It's possible that it's only effecting a select number of players... but it is good to get data about who's having the issue. I'm running iOS 10.3.1 and my iPhone is having problems gifting the majority of my Game Center friends now (bought the sugar shack a little while ago).
I'm a bit disappointed with my results this event. I got everything that was new, but I spent the vast majority of my time in the rift trying to get a Mistletoe dragon. Breeds up to 10k everyday, and I never received one. My wife had the same issue. I was able to finally get one in a baby park just recently, so I know it exists. I've been playing since day 1, have every dragon and pedestal, but I have to say this was the hardest dragon to get so far in game. That's 14 attempts per day, more then I would normally get in the old days from outside the rift. I'm guessing close to 300 attempts, that's crazy.
AS there are more dragons in the game, it does become more difficult to get a particular dragon. I believe that is one reason they created the Rift -- another location to try breeding in without clogging up the nursery with fails

I'm on ios9series on my iPad Pro, don't use my iphone6s for gaming (eyes) and it's on ios11 series; also have always had less than 100 GC friends, and have a handful only of FB friends, difficulties there seemingly caused by iOS being too old to link well with those on upgraded FB iteration....

I bought the shack, have the latest updates and friends are grayed out. I was wondering what was going on but figured it would be fixed at reset. Nope.
Apparently we didn't earn enough iceberries to get another collective reward egg. Last night when I checked we were so close I was pretty sure we would make it, but I guess not. Oh well.

I'm trying to decide what to get with my remaining iceberries. I have all of the event dragons except Krampus (5,995) and I'd like to get the sugar shack (8,995) and upgrade my omnitats (4 at 5,495). I only have 20,051 iceberries, including the 1,000 I collected from my gifts today. I suppose I should wait to get Krampus by breeding and buy the shack and then upgrade as much as I can with what's left. I hate to miss out on a dragon, but surely he'll be breedable in the CBC?

Hrm. Buy the two event dragons I'm still missing, that's a definite. A second ornamental habitat would be useful, there's 9 of 'em now (I'm at 8/9). That leaves me just under 11k. Don't have holly or tinsel, but buying them would put me at 680 berries short of upgrading one of my omnitats (I'm still collecting/leveling, I'm not so cramped yet that space is more precious than dragons I could eventually theoretically luck into in the co-op cave)... Could have my cake and eat it too, if I throw 5$ at berries, but not sure I've forgiven the game for screwing me out of 1k when the game reset my daily progress when I tried to manage mischief the other day. >->

Anyone have problems logging in? I had a exhausting 12- hour work day and finally had a chance to log in and use my remaining iceberries. Now I keep getting a Connection Error!

I was unavailable for mischief, but something was weird after reset on Jan 16. Said I had 192 ice berries, but I hadn't played yet.
I seem to have overplayed this event. I missed that there was no mystery egg for spending extra berries. I don't have or want so many Snowflake dragons that I need more Snowflake habitats. I have no use for sugar shack since I'm not doing Facebook connections. Maybe I'll buy it for a deco....

The 1,000 iceberries I collected most recently are still sitting in the little green area under the total amount, and I can't spend them yet. Will they become available to spend before all of the prizes are gone?
Regarding the snowflake habitats nachokittyelizabethaw I really don't need more either, but I did replace the money ones I had for the reward ones offered because it gave me two more habitat slots since they do not count towards your limit. I am not stretched now, but may be for the future.

This is a good idea and thought it would be easy to implement. However, the prize center thinks I own 1 of each Snowflake reward habitats. When I looked at the 3 that I have, only one says it doesn't count against limit. It also takes gems to upgrade whereas the other two do not. And yes, I looked in my storage tower. So, who knows what that is about.
Dear Backflip or whoever it is now...24 hours is not enough time to tie up the loose ends of a month-long event. I know you are uber-focused on it, but we have other responsibilities.
