Not sure if it has been mentioned but Satin is a mega DC earner! At lvl 20 it earns 496 (over double what the highest hybrid earner was, current) and with all four boosts on that island it increases to 1091! 😱 I'm definitely putting it in an Omnitat with all 4 boosts, and now it'll be the new coliseum contender for plant (Bogberry with 3 boosts was "only" 975, and Nightbloom with 2 boosts was "only" 794), earth, fire, and lightning. Wow, definitely a huge jump in earning capacity.
I thought the boosts didn't count towards coliseum earnings?
Anyone else find it strange that Ambrosia and Cuddlewing haven't gotten traits during this event? Or maybe it's because they're being offered as rewards, so BFS doesn't want to make them breedable... Either way, it looks like we may only be able to breed rifted versions of these two dragons during the next BEB, or if there's a Collection Comeback before that!

Welp, you're right, I completely got that wrong. Very sorry for supplying incorrect information. I thought it was something I'd read, but apparently it was just an assumption. And you know what they say about assuming. I've tried to update a list from a reddit post from magpac that contains the Reward habitats. Hopefully I didn't mess up another time. (EDIT: I totally did. +1 snowflake, removed the distinction between small and large/giant rift habitats. Thanks to pedrosancheeze for cleaning up after me today. )

There's not much of a buffer this time around, only one day less on the calendar than the event last for. I can see the potential for problems if say, you missed the start of the event.

As I see it, we should get the final reward dragon tomorrow (Tuesday). I think the event will actually end at reset on Wednesday, then we’ll have one day to collect roses from gifts.
I’m just happy I didn’t have to spend any real money on this event and still got everything.

i suspect the point of concern would be the timer at the top of the presentium, which at this moment has less than 24 hours on it.
I never noticed that timer before. Has is always been there, resetting everyday? 🤔 Or is it new today? 🤷🏻♀️

I don't think that timer is for the event ending, the other timer in the social menu... news... tab... thing. That one is explicitely counting down to the end of the event, and it says 2 days plus some hours remain. I'm hoping that's the case anyway!

The help menu says gather roses ends 20th, presents available ( and I imagine claim up to 1000 roses from your bank) til 21st, on 22nd any leftover roses -> DC Don't forget michou 's info re using up extra roses on trading eggs::
Buy an iron blossom pedestal for 395 roses, then sell it for 1 000 000 DC (2531 DC per rose) Buy a honeyglow pedestal for 830 roses, then sell it for 2 500 000 DC (3012 DC per rose) Buy a surprise pedestal for 520 roses, then sell it for 1 750 000 DC (3365 DC per rose)

The BFS support website is a little bit clearer than the in game text.
When does the Gathering of Roses end?
Gardenia's Gathering of Roses runs through February 20th, 2018, and concludes on February 21st at 11am MST. It will not be possible to earn additional Roses after this time, but the Bouquet Boutique will remain open for one additional day so you can turn in any leftover Roses you may have.
When does the Bouquet Boutique close?
The Bouquet Boutique will close at 11am MST on February 22nd and event prizes will no longer be available after this time. You will not be able to earn additional Roses during this extra day, but you will have the opportunity to turn in any leftover Roses for prizes, as well as collect up to 1000 Roses from your Gifts menu.
So yes, we've got one more day of full collecting, followed by a day where we can collect 1000 gift banked Roses. We opened door 19 today (apart from vonfirmath it seems? I'm not sure exactly what's gone on there...) and can collect the gift egg tomorrow. I don't know whether the gift calendars have been available during the banked only day, I can't recall an instance where the calendars have cut it quite this close to the end of the event before. There's usually at least one buffer day.
Anyone know the best thing to buy with roses instead of letting them convert to dragon cash?
michou has calculated out the best buys to get and then sell for the highest DC return, much better than the 1000DC per Rose that BFS will trade. @kiwichris highlighted the top three dragon eggs to purchase and sell in a post three above this one⬆️ Happy 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
