Bug? My roses got converted to cash but the market is still here...

Well this is a disaster. I got in the game too early in 2 games. When the clock rolled to the new event day, both games reloaded and when they did, all my gathered roses disappeared. One game had 22,400 roses collected and now shows with 0 roses. The other game had fewer roses but I don't remember how many it had.

I know and I got 2 messages. First the event is over , roses converted etc.
second that I still had time to collect gifts for roses but when the timer ran out the roses would be converted 🤷🏻‍♀️

Major glitch here: load screen went from 'end of event' (as it should) then flicked to 'all roses now dc' (which it should NOT) all my roses ( over 10,000) gone and all gift roses gone...have emailed BFS 😱😫😖


tried loggng out out and in, no change 

and my dc total barely changed if at all from last night....

I see in my gifts menu that everything was converted to DC. So much for my plans of buying and selling pedestals.

I have also gotten two conflicting messages and lost all my roses. You then sent me to the prize tent to show me how to buy prizes but, of course, I couldn't without my roses! Seems you weren't listening, BFS! I told you after last event that 24 hours was not enough itme to wrap up an event. Honestly, I don't miss 'banking'. It was too stressful to try not to max out everyday at the wrong time. I much prefer contributing to the 'community' reward so that newer players can get fun rewards. So, if that what you are trying to get rid of, so be it. But give us back some time for wrap-up.

I had the same issue...all roses have been converted to DC. It's also been mentioned on a FB group, so I think this glitch is impacting a large percentage (maybe all?) of the players. Hopefully Backflip will have a solution soon!

It happened to my mom - she just sent me a rather freaked-out message about it. I haven't been into the game yet myself, and now I think I'll wait a bit. At least 2 people on FB have also mentioned it.

Not only my roses all reset to 0, the amount DC I got doesn't look right either. I have about 300 roses left, but have thousands banked. Only got around 90,000 DC I think. So I doubt my banked roses got converted to DC

So much for a leisurely day of deco and pedestal shopping. At least I got the Dragons but I wanted Everything at least in my main park. Phooey!

Aaugh! My roses are gone too! I’ve emailed support. I’m sure Backflip will have this under control soon...

so, I chose the most expensive dragon Scorn in rewards (in all my parks(, hoping to buy the less expensive two others, but no such luck - 0 roses in all my parks

Happened to me too. Roses all gone from both my collected total and social menu, but the prize market is there. Also, I thought there was another day so I had not collected the prize dragons from the daily prize calendar, though fortunately it looks like the game picked them for me and put them in my social menu for pick-up (it picked twin Scorn and twin-rift Thorn so I'm fine with the picks). Roses are still available in the market for the next 20 hours, but that is the only place in my game they are currently available.

They will have to fix this. However, they have only given themselves 24 hours to do it! (Reference to my complaint about wrap-up time...)

Yep, was hugely shocked to see the second message about the conversion of roses to DC! According to the event help tab, the conversion was supposed to happen on tomorrow's reset. Fortunately I had used all my in game roses to buy and sell pedestals, but I could have bought 3 more with the gifts I should have been able to collect today. Hope it gets sorted for those that should have been able to buy needed dragons.

Oh boy, this sure does put a damper on the fun day spending my roses that I had planned. And I have to agree with yingying, it doesn't seem like the right amount of dc for the amount of roses I had. oh well. I would email support but I really never get any joy when I do, so it's probably a waste of time, besides I'm sure they have heard it enough already. Either they will fix it or they won't. I did get the dragons I wanted yesterday so that's done, but I was hoping to get some pedestals and maybe some decorations. Still all in all it was an enjoyable event. But then I never met an event I didn't like.

I'm sure it was just a glitch and Backflip never meant for it to go down this way. So it either will be fixable or it wont't. It's just one of those things. But I feel really sorry for the people who haven't had a chance to get the dragons they wanted and waited for the promised extra day to spend their roses. Maybe if Backflip can't fix it, they could just make sure everyone has one of the three event dragons. It won't help those of us, myself included, who already have the three, but at least it will be something.
