I'm seriously considering it just for hunting event NPCs...  Will need to check budgeting, missed a few limiteds (including one of the ones that got changed last-second grr) so I *think* I'll have enough?

I bought it. Dragons can be bred later, but special event items are usually very expensive later and rarely pop back up again. I also love to get a special decoration from each event as a reminder of that event. It has a lot of different features. It is really neat.

Thank you Icy T. for helping end black & white and getting the color back. The Prismatic Pantheon gives me pause--the key word is (MAY) help so does one spend 15,000 🌹s for it or not?! There is no guarantee that it will do anything and 🌹s are not that easy to come by unless you are rolling in money to buy.
Did receive my egg from being part of the Mountain Sun took quite a time for it to show up in the gift area.
Colors are bright but we have been looking at black & white for so long will take a while to get use to seeing color-----it's great though.

A few notes on the Pantheon, for those who are on the fence.

While it has an option to turn all colors on and off, it has 24 individual options to turn colors on/off throughout the park. So you can turn off just visitors, pedestals, islands, weather, etc. Some of these combinations only work together. For example if you only turn on cold, cold eggs are still b&w. If you only turn on pedestals, they all remain dark. But if you turn on cold and pedestals, then the cold element eggs light up. Same with islands, dragons, etc.

Colors don't abruptly change. It's a gradual change from b&w to color and really does look pretty amazing. With everything off, the Pantheon building keeps its color. As during the event, the rift is not effected. Am I the only one who didn't notice dragons in the main park, with rift elements, still light up the rift part of the dragon? I had been keeping my rift dragons outside of the park and never saw that until today.

It could be useful for finding visitors, seeing habitat treasures in a very crowded island, and perhaps finding presents during an event. And while the weather station and twilight tower originally did not impact gameplay, they eventually added breeding requirements that needed these buildings. That doesn't mean it will happen with the Pantheon and I would actually be surprised if it did. I personally always found these special buildings to be more interesting than any single dragon or two I might miss. Of course you could always save up a wish, and use that to get this building at a later date while saving yourself a fair number of gems or roses now.

Then I'll wait until the end of the event and in the meantime I'll toss up whether to buy Daffodowndilly and Petunia with my hoarded roses.

Sorry computer issues tonight don't know why it kept putting out the first post again and like it did. What I wanted to say is read what amos posted so I took the leap of faith and bought the Prismatic Pantheon. Haven't tried everything but seems to have some good qualities. If you liked the black & white you can have that anytime you want with the P.P. That is just one of the features. Wasn't easy giving that many 🌹s back but can hope in the future I'm glad I did.🐨🐨

OMG! 🤣 I bred an Amaryllis in the Rift with a Halo (Dark) & Dandelion (Plant), both Level 11.  Been trying this combo from the beginning, going no higher than 1,500 R$.  Got it tonight for 1,000 R$.

I’m moving it to my Park and then I’ll 💙it for my Friends.

Thanks for the run down on the Pantheon. If I can breed an Amaryllis, then the budget just might stretch this far.

Thanks for explaining the use of it! I was confused as to why the colors weren't showing. So essentially, we need to pick the type of items AND the (primary) elements for it.

Also of note is that regardless of which options are picked, dragons released during the event will always be colored namely the 5 Aura dragons and the 5 rare hybrids (Silverline, Fever, Brilliant, Derecho, and Smoulderbrush).

Mirage x Shadow on both the island and cave.  But it took forever.  I lost count of the number of tries.
