So, if we don't have a rifted pearl I guess you can spend a bunch of etherium on gem eggs, hoping to get one, then waste a little more trying to breed it, at the same time spending more E for the limited galaxy. No win situation.
That's right can't breed gemstones. Makes this even more absurd. Maybe they made a mistake. I mean, it wouldn't be the first time.

If you're gonna create a limited rift exclusive dragon with a borderline ridiculous combo, at least make sure we can actually physically use the combo...

So I am hearing a rumor that its a Prism (light) + Starwing (dark) and not a Pearl to breed it. Still very low chance, and I'm working on Rigel instead, so I can't test it.
I have edited my previous post to try and make the unbreedability clearer. I may go back again and make the font bigger, I haven't decided yet.
I know that really BFS aren't aware of my existence but I feel personally targeted by this dragon, what with the combo theorizing. I thought I'd learnt their pattern, swung for the metaphorical ball, and it turned out that instead they'd thrown a beehive. And now the bees are angry and are stinging everyone in the stadium. And BFS is standing there, laughing, as the swarm causes chaos around them.
I need a lie down.
EDIT: YEAH THEY HOTFIXED IT TO PRISM (LIGHT) SO THAT IT'S ACTUALLY POSSIBLE TO BREED.
Closing and reloading the game caused the hint to change my end. You may want to do that if you're still in there from before this post.

Hello busy breeders! I saw on YouTube (G-man) some combo’s for the new dragons. Don’t know if all ready been posted here. I don’t have the possibility myself too unlock the hints, but he did apparently. Seems not to work right now (since not available), but who knows in the future. I have not been able to breed ANY new dragon, felt like giving up. Bought a couple, cloned one, got a copy twin (thank you Kazel and... forgotten..) Instead I started a third park, hoping to gather enough eggs in the limited time left to buy 1 other dragon, Must have been really desperate...
I emailed BFS support requesting a refund of the 33,000 etherium that I spent buying gemstone eggs in hopes of a rifted Pearl.. Any chance I get it back?

This is it! I am just going to chill from now on. First off, although I have a Rift Prism, I don't want to spend 10,000 E to convert it to a light trait, since I don't have any rift Starwings!! Even with both, no telling how long or how much E it will take me to breed it. Besides I was only able to breed/clone 2 of the event dragons, so still need a lot of eggs to buy the dragons and the habitats.
So I am just going to take it easy. Yeah, maybe have a lie down now. Remember back in the day, it was fun playing DV, having to guess what combos to use for those gem dragons? And to strategically place the dragons in habitats to max the DC collections? Now, all you need to do is pay real money if you want to get anything. I'd rather be spending time (and real money) with my hobbies like gardening and reading. I used to "donate" to BFS, but not anymore since the Hasbro days. I don't even use gems to speed up anymore. End of Rant! Thank you for listening.

It’s like chromacorn/corrupticorn. You can breed with pearlescent but it will never produce a clone outside the rift.
I just bought it with event currency, less stress. I also wished for the Star Wars dragon. That’s why they exist. I still have one left and am like a month away for another.
