I read this before playing after reset today, and I got Wendigo in the rift. That means I’m the first looser! Last on the previous game, first this time.
For some reason that rascally wizard Murphy has been making himself at home in my park. In the rift I breed Lava and Soot, but in the coop I have gotten one Crypt and 3 24 hour fails. I still can’t get Macabra, except in the rift.
Will send the first of two gems and treats as soon as reset hits !!

Still no new dragon for me, missing the 5.. this event isn’t good for me 😂
So I'm really confused. glolcacrumble608rulilind and lisgie said y'all are missing the 5 initial event dragons (Gatren, Kwall, etc.), but I thought they could only be bought or cloned per adlerist's "Meet the dragons" info in the "Candy Bash VII" thread? And I cannot clone unless I have bought one, right? Seems like a horrible catch-22 so I figure I'm missing something important.
Edit: I think I may have unconfused myself. I am pretty sure cloning is when I look at the sandbox and uncheck (untick) the box for "If I don't have one to breed with". When I select Malefice and that box unchecked, I see Malefice+Malefice plus a host of others starting with Malefice+Ghostly Cold. So that's how I can clone them, I think. Do I have that right?

now I’m trying for Wendigo in coop and EBC, I only have one Macabre. Nothing
and I can’t even use my rift since I don’t have any of the required breeding dragons there 🤦🏻♀️ , even though I am trying for zombi so can then get a macabre So yeah, nothing.
Is it too early for a whine?? Something nice and sweet and mellow maybe? 🍷

Dearest BagMom You can clone a dragon in co-op with almost Any other dragon, even though it’s not an epic.
For example, MinyaZ tells us “Gatren's elements are Fire, Earth, Cold & Dark. If you have an elder of any of these use that, or the highest level dragon you have that doesn't contribute any other elements.”
so all the new, unbreedable dragons are able to be cloned with a proper element dragon.

You can attempt to clone a dragon anytime you have one available. That means if someone has that dragon up in the coop, you can attempt to clone it with another dragon. Any dragon can work for cloning, sometimes I use a dragon I need another one of or sometimes an Elder that matches one of the elements in the dragon. Cloning can take a long time. Cloning does not work for the ghostly primaries or evolve dragons. Then you have to already have one to get another. I know, a lot of the rules and terms are hard to understand. I was really lost when I came back to the game, especially since a lot of rules had changed.
